A huge thank you to Ismay and the lettings team at Symonds and Sampson in Poundbury in my recent experience finding a property to rent. Ismay was a cut above any other estate agent I have dealt with. She was professional, knowledgeable about the property, and always prompt in our correspondence. She was flexible in booking viewings/appointments and even arranged for me to collect my key from a branch closer to where I work so that I could get there easier. Avoid this company unless you want a disappointment. The company claim the signed paperwork "never turned up" when their client changed their mind about the deal. When a complaint was raised as their decision cost me several thousand pounds, surprisingly, the company investigated itself and found absolutely no wrongdoing on its behalf......who would have thought of such a thing?I am making it my business to take as much work away from that company as I can. And I will enjoy doing it.After a tiny bit of enquiring, it turns out that I am not the only one who has had issues with this company. I have also had the pleasure of the arrogance/stupidity of some members of their staff, all of which will be detailed in an email to Patrick Woodford.
