Put simple, what a brilliant company all round this is! Easiest 5 stars I've given Our house had an offer made and was accepted within 3 days of the listing going live. Dean did a really impressive job of the photography, virtual tour and overall a great & knowledgeable guy. We did insist we go against Deans advice and go higher with our asking price, which fortunately we managed to be successful with! A shout out to Stacey who was always available, and sometimes even replied to an email inside the same minute of receiving one. Stacey treated my house sale as though it was the only one she was focused on. This exact same dedication followed through ten fold when Angela started at Arc Homes and began looking after our sale progression. Angela hit the ground running with our house sale. I have never dealt with someone who gave 1000% of their effort each and every day right through to completion day, updates or courtesy calls were never once an issue. We had a very unusual and difficult time getting things to progress due to the backward chain but Angela worked so hard and acted as though the house sale was her very own house sale. Through no fault of my own or Arc Homes, we faced a lot of unnecessary delays and encountered a bizzare experience but in the end Angela always remained professional, determined for us and brilliantly got us over the line. Ultimately, working with Angela was an absolute pleasure, as was the case when speaking to any of the Arc Homes staff. If it wasnt for Arc Homes, especially Angela, then I firmly believe I'd still be in my previous home. We feel very lucky to have chosen such a fantastic estate agents and i'll forever recommend Arc Homes to family and friends. Thank you for all the hard work!!! Rob & Jess

We couldn't have asked for better estate agents to sell our home. Dean was so knowledgable of the local area and was so quick and efficient at taking pictures of our home, they really made it stand out! we were lucky to sell our home within 2 weeks of it going on the market. I spoke with Angela throughout the selling process and she was always so helpful and kept in touch without me having to chase. I fully recommend Arc Homes if you're looking to buy and sell :) thank you for making our move so simple!

ARC have been brilliant at handling the purchase of our first home. Rebecca was our first point of contact and arranged our viewing very quickly and was always happy to answer our questions. We where then looked after by Angela who is absolutely amazing. She made regular contact with us, chased everything through and again answered all of our questions. She is a credit to ARC and made our experience much less stressful than it could have been. Thank you.

We've just purchased our first house through Arc Homes and whilst we weren't sure what to expect, Angela gave us all the information we needed and chased through all of the solicitors and all of the vendors to make sure everyone was up to date and and that we were aware of what was outstanding. A fantastic service and we have no doubts that when it comes the time to sell we'll use Arc Homes. Thank you Angela!PositiveProfessionalism

Top class estate agents!! We have recently purchased a property through Arc Homes, which we renovated and then let with their assistance to find a suitable tenant. The service we have received has been fantastic. All agents are knowledgeable, professional and couldn't do more to help; chasing up queries and always getting back to you with updates. Katelyn did a fantastic job in marketing the house and finding a suitable tenant. We couldn't recommend Arc Homes highly enough for both sales and lettings.

Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Dean and the team at Arc Homes. Dean's valuation of my Dad's home was spot-on and we had a buyer in a couple of weeks. The service is excellent with frequent updates by professional and friendly staff. I'm so pleased with Arc Homes that I'm putting my home on the market with them next year and I didn't even consider dealing with any other estate agent. Recommended with zero reservations. UPDATE - April 2020 Once again a superb service from Arc in very challenging times too. My home was presented wonderfully and received lots of attention. An offer was made within days and the team at Arc were professional and supportive through what was a difficult set of circumstances - entirely outside mine and Arc's control. Five stars again for Arc. As said before, could not recommend more highly. Sold two homes for me in 6 months! Thank you all for everything that you did to get this across the line!

The rest of the Arc team were always happy to help too, they made my first buying experience very pleasant! I’d give 10 stars if I could :)
