I am so pleased with the decision I made to use Arc Homes to sell my late brother's house. As it was a probate sale, it was a very emotional and stressful time for me, but from the outset I was extremely impressed with Dean and his team. From the property going on the market, there was over 13 viewings booked, We had a buyer secured very early on and then Angela dealt with the sale through to its successful completion. I can't thank Angela enough for her understanding, knowledge, guidance and support throughout the process. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Arc Homes. Thank you all so much. I couldn't have done it without you all.

Stacey visited our property today to carry out a valuation, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly compared our home unfavourably to other properties, suggesting that ours did not measure up despite those properties achieving higher sale prices. At one point, she compared our home, which has had a 45k extension to a property further down the street that requires a full renovation. This felt inappropriate and did not reflect a fair or balanced assessment. She also said that ‘Yes you have had an extension but not really added more space’. We have literally extended the property by 3 meters so I’m unsure how we haven’t added space?😂 Additionally, Stacey stated that other agents who had previously valued our property were deluded and she didn’t understand how the property could have gained 100k in value over 5 years, which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. The visit itself lasted no more than 20 minutes, and there was no discussion of fees or services unless prompted by me. Overall, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I also felt that there was little genuine interest in securing our business. As a result, I would not consider using Arc Homes, nor would I recommend their services based on this experience.

We have used Arc Homes to sell our parents’ house in very difficult circumstances and we have to say they’ve been brilliant throughout the whole process. We had originally gone with a different estate agent and once we switched to Arc Homes, the difference in service and quality was huge. We took advice from Dawn and she clearly knew exactly what was needed. The pictures were of excellent quality and we were able to secure a sale quickly. From then on things became complicated and the sales progression service provided by Angela was absolutely first class. Nothing was too much trouble. She dealt with all the parties involved and came up with solutions where problems arose and she really did save the day on a number of occasions. I cannot speak highly enough of this firm and would definitely recommend them.

Would 100% recommend Arc - we met with a couple of Estate Agents before we decided to go with Arc. We chose them because of their reputation in our area. Dawn was excellent when she came to view our house to value. Straight forward, honest and explained how it would all work. We weren't disappointed with our choice - the images / virtual tour of our house was great and then from viewings to completion the whole team were just on it. Angela in particular really helped with the sale - keeping us up to date, pushing along the legal bits etc. Thanks Arc :)

Arc homes were dealing with the sale of the property which I was purchasing, important to note as this means that we hadn’t instructed them ourselves. We dealt with Jordan when viewing and offering and Angela for all of the sales progression. They were always prompt, great at getting back to you, always helped gather any information that we needed and kept in regular contact with the whole chain to ensure everyone was always in the loop! I would use them again myself in the future!

The agent promptly scheduled a visit just days after our enquiry, showing great flexibility by accommodating our busy work schedule, even meeting on a Saturday morning when other agencies couldn’t. The meeting was pleasant, and the photos were taken the same day. Despite some unforeseen delays in the sale process, Angela, who handled the sale progression, was a star. She maintained regular communication, reaching out almost every other day. Angela demonstrated exceptional commitment and professionalism by staying on top of both parties’ solicitors and consistently following up. Fantastic team at Arc! They sold our house within 2 weeks of putting it up for sale. Unfortunately it fell through to the buyer not being able to get his mortgage sorted in the end. Arc put it back up on the market and arranged a number of viewings and we accepted an offer again around a week or so later. Was kept up to date by Angela at all times throughout the selling process. She chased our buyers when needed and contacted our solicitors. Really helpful and friendly team. This is the second time we’ve used Arc to sell and would never go anywhere else! Thank you.

I highly recommend Arc Homes. The level of customer service is simply exceptional. Everyone I spoke with from the initial valuation to completion was friendly and professional. Everything was crystal clear from the outset and I was kept up to date with viewing appointments and the sales progression. I have to add to the comments given in many other reviews to give extra credit and personal thanks to Angela. As I live in the Netherlands there were some matters I couldn't deal with being so far away. Cannot recommend the guys at Arc Homes enough, I was impressed from the very start. Dean was very professional on the valuation and was patient enough to explain the whole process to me. The property was listed very quickly and the viewings came in almost immediately. The house was listed on the Monday and by the Saturday we had 7 viewings taking place. We had two offers and the house was marked as Sold by the Monday meaning we could move forward with the purchase of our next home. Angela was great at chasing the solicitors for us and keeping us updated through the whole process. I would not hesitate to use Arc Homes again should we wish to sell in the future. 100% recommend for anybody looking to sell their property!
