Feeling let down with this Company. So many things to write about it has already caused me Stress and Anxiety just thinking about it Had an apology this morning at 08:21 from Head Office on the phone. Then again by the Manager of the Branch at 08:29, but excuses too much. Got a meeting with the Assistant Manager on Tues 22 Nov at 11am I am going to make a formal complaint to the Head Office via email to the Director / Head of the Sales Team Totally bemused at the lack of communication and on this occasion lack of Compitence they showed....and lack of admittance without all the excuses that followed in the conversation. I stated that we were Considering changing Estate Agents and I was told by the Manager " 30 days notice", where I added you have failed at the level of Service, only to be told.... now get this " A Contract is a Contract is a Contract". I stated it works both ways and you failed so you have failed your side of the Contract "

GoogleReally helpful and professional service from mortgage broker Ashley and his mortgage administrator Lynn. Lynn has been speedy in her responses to my questions and concerns as a first-time buyer, and has been reassuring too which is very important. I've now got to the mortgage offer stage and on the whole it has been straightforward. Thanks Lynn :)

Quick engagement from initial enquiry to getting the house on the market . I was kept informed of all viewings and offers .There was a lull during the Xmas period which gave a couple of issues but they onboarded a move manager Geraldine Marsden who chased and kept me up to date every couple of days . Would use again.

Selling and moving house for most people (beyond the actual ‘moving day’!) is seen as a progression forward and ultimately a happy time. For a small few like our family, leaving our home was the end of an era, tinged with sadness. From the moment we met Catherine, Megan and the team, they greeted us with warmth, understanding, patience and professionalism. A particularly drawn out process - which was purely down to our changing situation - was at every step dealt with impeccably. At times, I’m very aware, we were not the ‘easiest’ but the whole team kept comms clear, expectations met and the approach personable.As a family, we cannot thank them enough for their services and in times of need - good humour.

It wasn’t the easiest of sales but she went above and beyond after the sale to help the buyers and ourselves get everything completed and kept us reassured and up to date. A little late putting this on due to house move and Xmas holidays. Our purchase was from Ryder We also chose Ryder solicitors and I am so glad we did. We were kept updated throughout quick responses via emails and calls. Ryder were especially very helpful with our purchase and liaising with the solicitors on our behalf. Throughout the process we viewed the property we were purchasing about 6/7 times. Every time it was never an issue Ryder always fitted us in, this helped so much when choosing appliances/furniture etc as due to Xmas period had to get things ordered.
