GoogleRented for 4 and half years for Ashton under lyne branch. Paid all our rent in time with no issues even when we lived in a damp house we still paid our rent. We moved out 3 and half weeks ago and left the house tidy and clean but they have refused to give us our deposit back. Constantly call for rubbish and stupid things. Staff very unhelpful and rude.

GoogleOne of the worst letting agencies I have seen, I rented a house through them which is not in great shape, they say it's fully managed, etc but doesn't want to do anything, I was thinking of buying a house through them but not walking through that door again. They just want to take high rents from you & rest is none of their's concerns. There are better agents out there who are more customer-oriented than themselves. And if you are rented do check all the details with them as they seem to suddenly change things for their own benefit.

Fully trust the team, Fantastic management, a very accommodating and supportive team. They make the whole process very easy and smooth. The best aspect of using RR is its transparency in communication. 5 star service from every member, Carol, Tracey, Andy and the rest of team. Always available to patiently answer your questions and support you. I have used this agency for a purchase and a sell process, highly recommended.

GoogleWe have been a landlord for a number of years now and have used Reeds Rains in Ashton as letting agent for about 6 years. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We have had experience using other estate agents / letting agents. The main points are that:- Andrew takes time to talk and explain things and genuinely manages!! Amy and Carol and the rest of the team have been there for many many years and are very good at what they do.

GoogleUnder sad circumstances we had to put my Mother in Laws house on the market as she had to be moved into a care facility and she had always wanted us to use Reeds Rains if her house was to be sold and I must say, they haven't disappointed. From my initial visit to their office as I was passing to the dealings with all staff, they have made this process as painless as possible. Carol, Tracey and Amy in the office have all been so helpful, informative and kept us in the loop with all communication at every stage of the process. The house has now sold, for the asking price, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Reeds Rains, Ashton to anyone thinking of selling their house in the future.
