FacebookBeen with guildhall 9 years over 2 properties and they’ve just been fantastic letting agents. All the staff are a pleasure to deal with and the communication is great. They’ve always done their best to deal with any request and go out of their way to help. Had most dealings with Katy and Lauren over the years and they are very down to earth, approachable members of staff who will help any way they can. We’ve been really lucky to have stayed rented with them over various properties and cannot recommend them highly enough. They really look after their tenants and have protected us perfectly :) thanks so much guildhall Lettings!!

GoogleI have been a tenant for the pat 2-3 years and it has been such a positive experience. They are quick to deal with any issues and so friendly and accommodating. Especially enjoyed meeting Kate she has been lovely and I am sad to be moving on as she always takes the time to get to know you and build a relationship absolutely lovely woman and massive asset to the company customer service is amazing. Thankyou for making my time and experience an enjoyable one!

GoogleWe had Guildhall come to price up our property and they were very professional, respectfull of the house and our circumstances. Ultimately we ended up taking a PX from a new build developer but hey came to check in after the house being up for a few weeks and provided a little goody bag and advent calendar which was very thoughtfull.

GoogleI rented through Guildhall for 4 years and always found the team to be professional, helpful and friendly. I would have continued renting the property but was eventually in the fortunate position of being able to buy my own home. Guildhall lettings were great, as this can be a stressful time with expected plans changing, but they were very understanding and helped in every way to make leaving the property easy. We had our full deposit back about a week after we left, just as agreed and expected.

GoogleI dont understand half these reviews.. over the past 10 years i've gotten to know each of the members of staff at Guildhall pretty well, they are and have all been in the past genuine human beings and have the time for you if you need it, often out of hours! we all have our busy times and maybe some calls don't get returned when they're busy but in all instances they have sorted what I needed sorting in good time. this is my third house Ive rented from the company, all have been in good state and I have no issues, I did have a small portion of my first deposit deducted but that was our fault and the terms and conditions stated the fact that any carpet cleaning was down to me to pay for, it makes sense to be honest. I fail to understand the complaints towards any deposits taken back for damage caused, that's what the systems there for. keep doing what you're doing guys, you're doing a great job!

GoogleI have rented from Guildhall for nearly 3 years and they are the best letting agents I've had. Friendly and reliable ladies in the office and always help as much as they can. When leaving my property they did a pre-check out so I would get my full deposit back (they are very understanding on the standards of how a property is left after it's been lived in). Very professional and the best letting agents in Preston.

GoogleGuildhall have been amazing agents, I have recently relocated to be closer to family and had a very positive experience at the property I was renting before the relocation. Guildhall were professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable and when it came to the return of the bond there were no problems or issues and it was returned quickly. The girls are always so friendly and helpful if you have any questions a very smooth, problem free let, very very pleased.

Googlemy experience with guildhall lettings is the worse one i have ever experienced they are all a joke eleanor laura and angela i wouldnt recommend anyone rent property from them they were rude ignorant and no help what so ever...i signed up for a property they took my money of me gave me an iventory which was clearly just made up as when i got to the property there was alsorts wrong with it the cooker didnt work the hob was faulty the boiler was making a funny noise there was paint and burns in the carpet and lots of other things none of this was listed clearly just telling lies eleanor came out to look at all this i then got a phone call from angela to be told nothing was going to be done till wednesday why when did i want the cooker clearly the business is run by idiots she said i could start my tenancy from the tuesday of the week after what sort of firm are they running i seeked legal advise to be told they were at fault the property clearly wasnt ready for renting and i shouldnt have signed the tenancy till all jobs complete i did get a full refund and gave them the keys back no apology of any sort for the way i was treated its disgusting all three of them have a bad attitude so anyone thinking of renting from them i would think again they treat you like your an idiot....

I had a few problems during my tenancy and the staff were very understanding, polite and helpful. I would have no hesitation in using there services again in the future. All staff are super friendly and i make sure i have plenty of time when i ring them, as i know ill be on the phone for ages just chatting Any repairs have all been sorted super fast. This morning my boiler broke, it was fixed within the hour of ringing them. Thanks guys 🖒 5*
