GoogleI'd give them zero if I could. One of the most incompetent organisations I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They'll make deductions from your deposit without consulting you first, they are pathetically bad when it comes to communications (both with tenants and landlords) and they regularly fail to deliver on things they say. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

GoogleI was with guildhall lettings for nearly two years and I found them very helpful, if I had any jobs that needed seeing to it was done straight away. They were very professional and no job was to big or to small. I could contact them very easy always someone on the end of the phone. I would recommend goofball lettings to anyone

GoogleI have been letting off agencies for 5 years and this is the worst one iv ever dealt with!!! My boiler broke and it was like pulling teeth to get it fixed when i have a 1year old and am pregnant. I have a complaint going through the property ombudsman which was my last resort to try and get something done

GoogleI rented with Guildhall for past 6 months. Right from the start they went out of their way to help me with finding a suitable property and then the whole process of renting. If there was ever an issue it was responded to immediately. Would definitely recommend.
