GoogleAll staff were really receptive and responsive to ideas and questions. Having Becky help with the final part was very good value for money, she chased solicitors and the purchaser in a way which we couldn't and consequently we completed earlier than we would have done without her help. Guildhall were much cheaper than any of the other companies we got quotes from but their professionalism was 5*.

GoogleI recently visited Guild Hall Lettings to enquire about their guaranteed landlords income scheme, and was given all the information I needed by an extremely professional young lady called Lauren. All questions were answered informatively with confidence which in turn, made me feel confident in my decision to move my business to this Company. Thank you Lauren, I will see you in January.

GoogleBeware people. when my tenancy had finished they never gave me back my deposit, I left the house immaculate as I have too much respect for myself. At the time i didn't have much money so not receiving the deposit back resulted in being temporarily homeless. Robert is a Con Artist.

This review is a total fabrication, as we have no record of any Stephan Berrill as a tenant. Therefore it is difficult to add anything of value to this other than, the only person called Robert is a Director of the Company and has no day to day dealing with tenants. So such comments are a figment of Stephan Berrill's imagination and are slanderous and if repeated will result in legal action.

GoogleHave been with Guildhall for 18 months now and have always found them great to deal with. Katy is lovey and will go above and beyond to help you. She is very professional and knowledgeable and is a credit to Guildhall Lettings. Whenever we have had contact with them Katy is the one we prefer to deal with. She does what she says she will do without hesitation. Tony the Handyman is also great to deal with and also goes above and beyond what is asked. Katy and Tony you are both fab and a credit to the company.

GoogleI have had issues with guild hall lettings in the past but these issues have been sorted out although I am still not happy over the gas check, I have to say Katie has been very helpful to me regarding problems. I myself have addressed issues and believe that if issues are addressed in your own way then it will be sorted if not then yes follow it up be I have to say I have been helped so much so I would say I have changed my mind they have been helpful with ongoing problems may be it's a communication problem but I would say email them with your issues and if your not satisfied got to the office but I have to say again Katie has been great with helping with on going issues.

GoogleDespite what the above states, this is Mark Cobb, not Emily Cobb! Had a property with Guidhall 2 years ago - service received was excellent. However - it transpired that I'd been paying them rent for 2 years subsequent - only found out this week. Contacted them - they responded immediately, explaining they'd been trying to contact me (they had) and refunded my money straight away. Honest, speedy and brilliant - thank you Katy and Guildhall :)

GoogleCancelled a viewing twice on a property I showed ultimate interest in as a 1st time buyer with no chain and didn’t even give chance for a competitive offer. Do not engage unless you enjoy having your time wasted. Disorganised. Disinterested. Disrespectful.

GoogleI agree with persons comment above we received 70% of our bond back when promised more especially having to put with the house having raw sewage running under the kitchen floor in the early days kitchen cabinet coming away from the wall which could have seriously injured my 3 year old at the time. All I can say is becareful who the landlord is and don't be taken in by conspicuous letting agencies. I may not be the named lease holder but I lived with one. Really poor service I'm not going to name people though. Not fake it's a reality very poor letting agency.NegativeQuality

GoogleI contacted Guildhall Lettings after a horrible experience with my previous landlord that left me feeling very unsafe at my old flat. I explained to them why my safety was now compromised and that I needed to move into a new flat ASAP. Guildhall Lettings processed all the paperwork for the new flat very quickly in order to help get me safe. All the staff were all so empathetic and compassionate to my situation and ensured me that I would feel safe at the new flat they are leasing to me. They ensured that the alarm system and video security intercom in the flat was working to ensure I would feel safe in my new flat. They were all so friendly and always made sure to make me laugh as they understood that I was very stressed because of my previous landlord. The new flat is amazing and they have given me a complete written guide as to how to maintain the property to a good standard. Their leasing contract is very professional in order to protect both the landlord and the tenant. Additionally, their pricing for the flat is more than fair and is in a very good condition. I would definitely recommend that if you are looking to buy or rent, Guildhall Lettings should be your go to people! I really cannot fault them at all as they helped turn such a horrible situation into a really positive new safe beginning for me. It really is true when they say "Not all heroes wear capes". GoogleDisgusted with the way I was treated. Would never try use them again. We applied for a property, I was willing to put 6 months rent upfront. Sent in application form. Then got told we needed a Guarantor being unemployed, my father said he would, but doesn't own his own house, Guildhall said they would over look it. We sent that paperwork back, then get told father has has to fill tenancy agreement aswell, so sent that back. After nearly 2 weeks and all that, got told someone else has put in an application. I phoned up numerous times to find out what was going on, and got told "Because we didn't fit their criteria, being unemployed and had pets, the other application has got the property."

Good afternoon Mr Dey. We are disappointed to see that you felt the need to leave a bad review due to you being unsuccessful in an application for one of our properties. As you have stated, you did apply for a property but as you are unemployed you required a Guarantor. Unfortunately your Guarantor did not meet the criteria to pass as Guarantor and this was explained to you. The ability to pay 6 months rent in advance doesn't guaranteed you a property and a more suitable application came in which the landlord accepted.

GoogleI have dealt with Gillian at Guild hall Lettings for a number of years and she has always provided excellent service and expertise. The Sales department have just sold a house for me and they were excellent, Abbie gave me weekly updates throughout the process and I would highly recommend.

GoogleAbi an the team was amazing i sold my 2 bedroomed appartment within a week with Guildhall lettings, but when that fell threw it went back on market with Guildhall lettings and sold it again within a week so I sold it twice within a month. I would recommend them very highly Always keeping me in the loop and offered me a first class service. If I would move again witch I won't be doing as Guildhall lettings help me find my dream home I would use them again. My son is currently with Guildhall lettings looking to rent and giving him now there first class service. Abi also is amazing always there when I thought I was going to loose my new property she emailed an texted an rang me every other day to assure me everything was OK an not to worry. she is so amazing at her job as so rest of the team.
