GoogleI'd give no stars if I could. If you use this company to sell your home. Look out for the clause under the signature that mentions the ultimate buyer and get them to remove it. What it means is that if they find you a buyer and you pull out for any reason you still have to pay there fee. Sharks!

GoogleAfter 3 months of inactivity on the market using another agent in Ashton, Darryl and Kelrick stepped in and really got my property moving. With a proactive approach the viewers were soon coming through the door leading to an Offer and Sale not too long later. Kelrick were great, they handled any bumps in the road in the selling process and ensured everything went smoothly. Would both recommend and use again!!
