GoogleFrom the minute I enquired about the property there was a quick response from Bliss. All the paperwork was completed within a few days. I was kept up to date as to when the property would be ready. I had a viewing with Bliss and she explained all the ins & outs. Lovely little apartment and I cant wait to get in. GoogleI was looking through the reviews and there is one particular name that keeps being mentioned which is Bliss. I have no doubt these reviews are 100% genuine. I have lived in the same property for many years before i had to move. It was stressful however Bliss has made this experience quite a stress free one she has replied to any queries really quick giving me updates on the process and answering all my questions. I can only thank you for the professionalism and friendliness.

GoogleAs a landlord who previously used another local estate agent in the area and had a lot of problems with them, I decided to take my customer to Kelrick Properties. Since moving over to Kelrick (almost 3 years ago), it has been a complete pleasure. The issues I faced with the previous agent, no longer exist. Kelrick have found tenants very quickly, managed any issue my property has had to a high standard and their communication and property management is highly recommended. Throughout my experience I have worked mainly with their staff member, Bliss Woods, who is always quick to reply to my e-mails and meets the property requirements both my tenants and I have. If you're looking for a fantastic agent in the area, Kelrick Properties should be first on your list.
