GoogleI rent out a flat through Kelrick Properties and I have confidence in their services even though we have had a difficult time recently with potential structural problems in our block. I have found them, and Bliss Woods in particular, very helpful. They are very professional and try to be diligent. Nothing is too much effort for Bliss, who is very helpful. I believe their charges to be fair and reasonable given all the recent changes in legislation.

GoogleHad a few estate agents interested in selling our property in Haydock, but having met Kelrick agent (Pauline from the Ashton-Makerfield branch) was very impressed with her professional, positive and proactive attitude. She clearly has an excellent understanding and knowledge of the local property market. Our requirement and expectations were discussed, the property was viewed, the valuation agreed and website uploaded within a day. The property advertisement was well presented, the attention to detail backed up with quality photos were key selling factors. The agent fees were considered reasonable and competitive. Throughout the process, Pauline & her staff were very pleasant, always contactable, offered guidance and valuable advice, communicated frequently and effectively. You put trust into agents in selling a property, but we were positive from the outset that a sale would be agreed, and Kelricks delivered within less than 6months. In summary, an excellent, stress free service, with professional people that have the required skillset/experience to sell properties and importantly, have your interest in mind and not commission driven. From my experience, I would highly recommend Kelrick services to anyone contemplating putting their property up for sale.

GoogleI would highly recommend kelrick as a lettings agent, they are a really friendly and welcoming company. I have been a tenant for a while now and any issues have always been resolved quickly and efficiently. The lettings manager Danielle dealt with my initial move in and answered all of my questions. As it was my first time renting she really helped to put my mind at rest as well as promptly respond to any of my emails or queries since moving in which I am really grateful for!

Danielle especially is a joy to talk to and has made us very confident that letting from them is no mistake. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property. Googlejust a note to say thanks to all the team who both deal with rentals and a sale i had recently. i am a landlord and kelrick managed a small house in platt bridge for a number of years. The team were always professional even when we had difficulties with the house and i trusted them all to do the right things and fix stings quickly and at a god price, and keep both tenant and myself happy. the house sale was simple and done with no problem and they had to do all the viewings with no hesitation! thanks bj Bolton

GoogleI’ve been a landlord with Kelrick Properties, first letting a property and then eventually selling with them. As an estate agent I can’t recommend them highly enough. They provide a professional service but are also really friendly and easy to deal with. They're quick to respond to any questions or queries, and nothing is too much trouble! When it came to the sale, everything went smoothly, and they kept me informed every step of the way. I was happy with the price I got for the property - and their fees are really reasonable too. Five stars all round.
