GoogleWe viewed a property via Kelrick Agents, we met a Lady named Liz to show us around, Liz arrived bang on the appointed time and enthusiastically showed us around pointing out all the various features and even suggesting various ideas for improvements. Most importantly Liz left myself and my Wife to wander around on our own and was really helpful answering any questions we asked. Liz was very good and approachable

GoogleI sold my house with Kelrick about a year ago and mainly dealt with Pauline. Nothing was too much trouble for her, our buyer was incredibly difficult and she went out of her way to ease the process for us. Pauline was always welcoming and did a number of viewings for us. The pictures she took of our home were excellent and showcased it really well. We sold our house and if we ever move again will be using Kelrick to do so.

GoogleWhat an absolute pleasure to deal with. We cannot fault Kelrick and we don’t normally do reviews but thought they deserved a positive review. From beginning to end they were exceptional and treat you with the level of respect you deserve when choosing a company to carry out the sale of your property. We have to add though, Darryl was a breath of fresh air. His professionalism, his honesty, his personality and patience just made us ‘hit it off’ straight away. By the end of the sale, we felt like we were mates because he is such a genuine and nice guy. Nothing is too much trouble for this team of people. 5 stars all around *****

GoogleMade appointment to value mums property, took day off work and travelled from Bolton. Called them when they were 30 minutes late to be told Agent was off sick and nobody had checked her diary. Glad I didn't have them to sell house if that is how professional they work. Waste of a day Post initial comment I received a telephone call from Pauline to apologise and explain why she didn't turn up and to ask for another opportunity. I appreciated the call and accept the apology., I realise we all make mistakes.
In response to your 1 star review we apologise for the missed appointment, however we feel you have been excessively harsh in your criticism. Pauline had the appointment in her diary, however due to a funeral she was off work on the day in question and had mistakenly forgotten to transfer over the appointment to another valuer. What you failed to mention in your comments, was that when you called our office after the 30 minutes, Darryl offered to carry out the valuation immediately, which you declined, so we were never given any opportunity to rectify the issue. I fail to understand how you wasted a full day when we offered to carry out the valuation albeit 30 minutes late. Once again we sincerely apologise for our mistake, but feel it is a shame you reviewed us based on this missed appointment only, and didn't give us the opportunity to show you how good the rest of our service is.

GoogleIt was really awesome dealing with Kelrick Properties. They were quite helpful in finalising our move to our new apartment. Katie Skuse was pleasant and patient with us as we waited for our guarantor. She demonstrated excellent customer service with lots of laughter and I had no doubt that we were dealing with the right people. The entire process was transparent and assuring. GoogleWe have recently purchased a property through Kelrick property, over the last 6 months its been extremely stressful going back and forth with the solicitors , especially the last month that the mortgage offer we had was due to expire, we have to give huge thanks to Nikita , Nikita was in constant communication with us giving updates and going directly to solicitors , doing absolutely everything in her power to help us out, she was absolutely fantastic , over the months i spoke to her many times and i was happy, stressed , half crying and everytime she was fantastic so calm .the pressure Nikita had being in the middle to ensure the sale went thought must have been huge but she always remained friendly and professional . I must say I have never felt so at ease with a letting agency than I have with kelrick properties! Special thanks to Bliss woods & the team! Bliss has been in constant contact with myself about repairs and the change in letting agent! I have had more contact with Bliss in the last few weeks than I have had in the last 4 years with the previous letting agent! Responses have been quick and professional. GoogleI have recently used Kelrick properties to rent a property after selling mine. I was in a precarious position with having a poor credit history and emailed all agents in the surrounding area with this upfront information and what I could offer as a potential client. I received one call the next morning from Bliss at Kelrick, she was direct, honest and professional in dealing with my issues. I was a first time renter yet any query I had or advice I needed was always dealt with in the same way... swift, knowledgeable, helpful yet never condescending. I would recommend Kelrick to anyone and they should be proud of the way Bliss dealt with me, as I am extremely grateful, she is a credit to herself and the company. During my time I had dealings with Sue and Megan also and again credits to themselves and the company... but a special thanks to Bliss, nothing was ever to much trouble, she was always there to help and I feel went the extra mile to ensure I secured a property that I wanted and in the short time frame in which I had to work, Kelrick are excellent based on my experience and Bliss is a star

I have had a bad experience with this company. I wanted to apply to rent a property. I was sent the forms by Pdf file. I was also required to provide a guarantor. The first page saud: "To be completed by the lettings agent". It was not completed, nothing about the prospective property. I asked why and was told "we do that when you return the forms" so, I have to ask my guarantor to sign forms that give no details of their liability!. They also assume that everyone has a computer, scanner and the ability to edit a pdf file. I had two potential family members for guarantors but the computer thing cancelled them. I offered tu use a registered guarantor company. Oh no that's not acceptable. I wanted to ask the potential landlord if I could install a gas fire, revamp the kitchen and an electric shower. I was not allowed to do that. There stance is that whoever you are you must have a family member or friend who is a mortgage holder. They have on their website a whole list of about 10 people who operate the company which is impressive but, whoever you contact you end up with what can only be described as the office junior who sounds like they are reading from a script, watching tik tok on their phone and totally diinterested and unhelpful, cold, totally inflexible. When I looked at their list of available properties there was a total of 3 lettings. I wonder why.

GoogleSpoke with Bliss recently about a property, and while rules on pets were strict, she was upfront and honest about this when asked - which I really appreciated. Other letting agents have been much less kind regarding the pet question, and I would like to thank Bliss for her professionalism, understanding and overall friendly manner. Based on customer service received alone, as for letting agents in the local area - one of the much better letting agents. Very little stress. Thank you for not making me feel like a nuisance!
