Mainly dealt with Darryl and he was wonderful, always available to contact and went above and beyond to assist us with any query, no matter how big or small. GoogleThe staff, including the manager were rude over the phone, and showed little empathy, when they told us the house we were moving into the following day was no longer available for rent! This was after we travelled over 100 miles back to our current home to get our belongings, and booked time off work! Furthermore, it was a battle to get the deposit back before the weekend. I found Keleric Properties, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would discourage others from using them.
I appreciate your concerns and sincerely apologise for this unfortunate situation. The manager in question has assured me he was not rude at the time and this was entirely out of our control. As we explained at the time, we had written instruction to let the property, we had informed the landlord throughout the process, and the day before you were due to move in to the property the landlord changed his mind and advised us that he did not wish to have a tenant move in, as we had agreed a sale on the property. We advised the landlord that the new purchaser was happy to allow you to move in to the property, but the landlord insisted that he did not wish a tenant to move in. We explained your position and natural upset, but regardless the landlord would not permit us to move you in to the property. Your comments "it was a battle to get the deposit back before the weekend", I believe this is a very unfair comment, I received an email dated 19th August (the day you were let down on the property) requesting that the deposit and all other funds you had paid were refunded to you. A refund was made to you by BACS on the same day the 19th August having checked our bank account I can confirm the funds left our bank account for your bank account on the 19th August. Your comments regarding our professionalism and trustworthiness are unreasonable, if a landlord changes his/her mind prior to move in unfortunately this is completely out of our control. I fail to see how we have been untrustworthy in this process, and you were refunded in full on the day that we became aware that you were unable to move in to the property, I understand your frustrations but in this instance I do not see how we could have prevented your disappointment.

GoogleWe recently dealt with Pauline at Kelricks in Ashton and she was most helpful. During the Covid 19 outbreak where most places were closed and a very stressful to sell a house Pauline was always there at the end of the phone to give advice. I would highly recommend asking for her by name.

GoogleRental team are not the best left living with black mold for 8 months that has now effected my health as bad asthmatic plaster turning up at 10.30 at night to plaster the mold wall with his children spoken down to by kelrick staff and never getting jobs on the property fix we are so happy to see the back off kelrick properties wouldn't rent from these ever again
We are very surprised by your comments. We had two specialist damp surveys carried out at the property back in 2019, a damp proof course was installed at the property to rectify the issues in November 2019. This was done in consultation with the landlord. No black mould was present at our recent inspection, we can only assume you are referring to issues prior to the repair. We no longer use the contractor you refer to following the issues you mentioned. According to our records all repairs have been carried out after your requests in a timely manner. We can only assume you are now bringing up these issues that were resolved in 2019, because you have caused damage to the property which is being taken out of your deposit. Your comments do not reflect the comments made by most of our satisfied customers.
