GoogleOver more than 10 years I have used Kelrick to manage two rentals for me. The people I've communicated with on their rentals team have changed over time, but always seemed competent and were happy to deal with issues I put to them. Prospective changes in the law mean that I am leaving the market and my last rental is in the process of being sold to the tenant. Thank you for your help over the years.

GoogleWe Have been renting out 1 property via Kelrick for 17 months. Tenants were found very quickly and they have recently advertised a second property for rental finding suitable tenants within a few weeks. The staff, especially Danielle and Darryl, are very friendly and professional and always keep us informed where things are up to.

GoogleJust bought a house through Kelrick and I only had to phone them 3 times in total. Everything was dealt with quickly and right first time. Same applies to their recommended IFA, Mr John Fisher. Very efficient, professional and a nice friendly guy to top it off! The whole process was made very simple.

GoogleVery poor service. Booked viewing only for no one to show up and not communicate back. I took day off for nothing to come sit in the snow and wait for no one. Between the time property was booked for a viewing within the next 2 days am told property is already occupied. Very shady bunch. Very poor service, If I could give half a star I would have.

GoogleUnproffessional, didn't turn up to the viewing they arranged twice for the same property!, lost money taking time off!no follow up call to apologize or courtesy call to confirm viewing we had booked, staff rude, ! Will never bother with this company again,!! I'm appalled !

Hi Willow, we would like the opportunity to defend your comments. Firstly, we had to re-arrange an appointment you had booked due to a damaged key, a contractor had taken the spare key and our 2nd key appeared to be damaged so we wouldn't have been able to gain access with it, this was communicated to you prior to your viewing appointment and was due to circumstances beyond our control. The second viewing we actually attended and you did not show up for this appointment, perhaps you went to the wrong apartment? We contacted you the following morning to discuss this missed appointment. On the contrary to our staff being rude, you were verbally abusive, extremely rude and arrogant during that phone call. As stated during the call, we wish you the best of luck in sourcing alternative accommodation. We unfortunately are not the agents for you and given your attitude, our landlord has had a very lucky escape!
