GoogleHaving rented from one of the large chain estate agents for the previous seven years we found ourselves looking to rent another property. We viewed a house through Kelrick and in less than 2 hours later we had secured the tenancy - the staff knew their stuff, were exceptionally friendly, whilst always being professional, and answered our numerous questions. We mainly dealt with Bliss via phone, in person and email and on every occasion she made us feel valued as customers unlike the previous estate agents we had been renting through (she even held onto post for us after we had moved). We were only renting through Kelrick for a short period of time and we are only sorry that we didn't rent through them straight away when we first moved to the Wigan area. It's been a pleasure dealing with Bliss and all of Kelrick team whom we've met and we wish them continued success with the business.

GoogleKelricks has no emergency contact and no way to get hold of them after office times contacted bliss on the contact which she's used to contact us and we was told to wait till morning as it is her personal number this is with a leak in my roof which has come through my light in the bedroom so water in the electrics which is dangerous, it's also damaged our bed and unable to sleep in it we was told to turn off as they can't get hold or there origanl day contractor and nothing that could be done we explained that we couldn't have the electrics off for that long due to our needs and she decided to ignore all messages shocking service would definitely not recommend using as a landlord or renting fromNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

You contacted Bliss out of hours. You were advised by Bliss to turn off the electric lights and we would get a contractor out to you the following morning as a priority. We do not have contractors available late at night to fix a leaking roof. I note your 1 star review is logged at 10.30pm. To have a leaking roof fixed at this time of night is unreasonable. We have instructed contractors to make good the repairs the following day which is not unreasonable.

GoogleI would highly recommend that anyone who is looking to rent a property should take a look at what kelricks have to offer. I found in my dealings with them that all the lettings staff were courteous, helpful and all knew their job.
I dealt with Nigel the lettings manager mostly but when the need arose I found that Alison and Danielle were also very helpful and knew their job. I would say that if you are looking to rent a property then visit their website before going to anyone else.

GoogleWell, firstly I don't know why "M.Smith" left a one star review. My experience certainly wasn't like that.
I was selling my ex marital home following an acrimonious split and there were a lot of issues. I instructed Kelricks because they had impressed me when I was house hunting a few year earlier.
Kelricks were extremely patient in dealing with a messy situation. Their hourly rate was probably very low given the amount of time they expended trying to make this sale happen. Pauline in particular was tireless in her efforts to make the sale happen.
I can't give them any less than five stars. I would give them more if I could. If you are selling a house in WN4 - or indeed elsewhere in Wigan, they are the people to instruct. Don't go with an online agent - there is a lot to be said for using a proper, professional bricks and mortar estate agents like Kelrick Properties.

GoogleIn our experience the communication here has been very poor. We enquired about a property for sale on a Friday and our email was not noticed or ignored. The following Monday we phoned to chase and arrange a viewing and heard nothing back. Chased again the following day to again try to arrange a booking, our emails were then found. Unfortunately for us another offer was accepted that same day. We don't know if we would've had the opportunity to place an offer ourselves had our initial enquiry been answered 4/5 days prior, but that's what we're now left wondering. I have investigated this issue and sincerely apologise for the poor communication in this instance. I completely understand your frustrations and have spoken to the sales manager about this to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
In this instance a sale had already been agreed on the property and no more viewings were being booked in on the instruction of the vendor, so you had not missed out on Friday, as at the time you rang you would not have been able to view the property.
Once again I apologise that this was not communicated to you on Friday which would have alleviated your concerns.

GoogleI tried to book a viewing on one of your properties. I arranged it for a Sunday morning a week in advance. The day before the viewing your agent called to say the vendor wanted to cancel and rearrange for the following Saturday. I said this was inconvenient and I did not wish to proceed with the viewing.
On the following Saturday I was called by your agent asking me in a non to friendly manner why I had not attended the viewing as the vendor was expecting me. I had to explain all over again that I was no longer interested in viewing the property. How unprofessional!
The reason you have no record of my name is because after speaking to numerous agents at your office not one of them bothered to ask me for it.
Is this normal practice that you would not take details of a prospective buyer so you could forward any suitable properties on to them. Every other estate agents has taken all my details not only so they could sell there houses more efficiently but to act as a vetting service to give there sellers more security.
All I can say is I'm so glad I'm not selling my house with yourselves. Hope this gives you enough detail about why I gave you a one star rating.

Naturally I am very concerned by your comments and have investigated your claims. I am very sorry but this claim does not make any sense to me. Our system will not allow any viewings to be booked without a full name and address, so it is not possible for you to have booked a viewing without us taking your details.
Unfortunately we cannot avoid vendors cancelling viewings at short notice. I have been unable to find any viewings booked in for a Sunday morning and then re-booked for a Saturday.
Your comments that we called you to find out why you did't attend on the Saturday seem strange. If the viewing was not booked in to the system we wouldn't know to call you back for feedback. I can only apologise if we called you back after you had already cancelled the viewing, but feel a 1 star review for this reason is rather unreasonable.
I reiterate, we do not allow any viewings to take place without obtaining the details from the person wishing to the view the property. These details as a minimum are name, address, phone number etc.
Furthermore, if we had called you back as you claimed following the missed viewing on Saturday, we must have had your name and contact number which you claim you had not given to us?

How were we able to call you back if we didn't have your name or contact number?
