Dear Martyn
Thank you for your feedback. We take all feedback seriously, and as you can see from our many other reviews we aim to deliver the best customer service possible.
I have searched for your name “Martyn Parker” on our system, however I cannot seem to find any information. We have another name similar to yours registered on one of our recent rental properties, however I am unable to divulge the details due to data protection. If you could email me direct on danielle@kelrick.co.uk I can investigate this further for you.
Thank you
Danielle Tither (Lettings Manager)

GoogleBliss Woods at Kelrick Properties has been amazing throughout the entire process. We have certainly been awkward candidates with a busy work schedule, but she has gone above and beyond to make sure we were catered for and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process.

GoogleSold my property in less than 24 hours with Pauline, who was brilliant every step of the way. I have no doubt it was because of Kelrick’s local knowledge and contacts that it sold so quickly. Photos and advert were spot on, as was the advice given for helping the sale go through. Will definitely use again.

GoogleThe letting team at Kelrick have looked after my property since 2008 and have been superb. I'm far too far from the property to look after it myself so have a fully managed service, and it's great. Previously Richard and Nigel from Kelrick were my contacts there, now mainly Danielle who keeps me updated with progress and work. Thanks!

GoogleI have used Kelrick Properties many times over the last 5 years, for both the selling and the letting of my properties and have always found them to be very professional in their dealings with me and my tenants, and I would have no problem in recommending their services to anybody who is looking for an excellent local independent estate agent.

Darryl in the sales team helped me find a property and made the process a lot easier than my previous experiences with other agents. I have recommended Kelrick Properties to my friends and family.
