GoogleI can thoroughly recommend using Cairds of Ashtead. Stephen made everything fall into place at the correct time to ensure the exchange went smoothly. We now have a lovely house we are extremely pleased with. The rest of the team Gavin and James also made sure the purchase went through with a personable and friendly approach quite unlike many of the big estate agents. Glad we went with Cairds.

We are very grateful for all the help and care we received from the whole Cairds team. We've been struggling to find the right property for us and it has been a long journey, but Harry, Alejandrina and Kayleigh have all been very helpful and patient with us, which is much appreciated! And also we'd like to thank the property manager Sathees Arul for taking the extra steps to be very helpful and welcoming and making sure everything was sorted for us quickly.

TrustpilotPaul was exceptional and Cairds a very professional estate agency
Had a house purchase first introduced by James from Cairds and then Paul Milsom Took over my sale from the initial offer stage for a house in Epsom. Paul offered some Great service, prompt and efficient communications, courteous and professional approach right throughout the stages of the house purchase until completion. Paul always kept me in the loop with weekly calls to ensure the process was tracked and chased when required to get the completion done. Would definitely recommend the estate agents for a house purchase as i had an excellent experience working with them!!

GoogleJo from Cairds has been fantastic throughout our property search. She has super helpful, suggested excellent house options that weren’t even on our radar. She has kept in contact but only with relevant houses or to touch base. She is also lovely. If you are looking to move I’d recommend contacting her.

GoogleA very proactive estate agency that made every effort to ensure I was kept informed and up to date on properties coming on the market. Was good at scheduling viewings often at short notice which was helpful. Ellen was very patient with our changing needs as we got to grips with the area and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for their next purchase.

TrustpilotExceptional service, personable, professional & stress free
After 2 failed transactions and been misled by another agent we changed agent to Lorraine at Cairds, she was a breath of fresh air. Really personal & professional service, they go out of their way to help. Her team were brilliant getting our house listed in 48hours, had multiple viewings and they managed it all way through to completion. We wouldn’t have sold if not for Lorraine & Cairds. In a difficult market they made it easy, took away stress and were a pleasure to deal with. Can’t recommend them enough- we are so happy we went to them.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
