After 2 failed transactions and been misled by another agent we changed agent to Lorraine at Cairds, she was a breath of fresh air. Really personal & professional service, they go out of their way to help. Her team were brilliant getting our house listed in 48hours, had multiple viewings and they managed it all way through to completion. We wouldn’t have sold if not for Lorraine & Cairds. In a difficult market they made it easy, took away stress and were a pleasure to deal with. Can’t recommend them enough- we are so happy we went to them.
