GoogleGavin, Jo and Julie were all excellent and a pleasure to deal with for the sale of my house. They had to work hard, with many viewings along with a protracted period between offer and exchange followed by an extremely tight completion date.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

TrustpilotKnowledgeable of todays housing market
Gary has a good understanding and is knowledgeable of where the current housing market stands. He gave me good advice on how to present and enhance the house for selling and a fair house valuation was given. At my request Gary kindly emailed me a summary of legal fee costs for both selling and purchasing properties within my price range which provides invaluable information of making a decision on my next house move.

TrustpilotOur Positive Experience With Cairds!
We had a property for sale and decided to choose Cairds to market the property as they are a local agent, not part of a large chain. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The initial valuation advice was good. They marketed the property very well and attracted lots of interest.Throughout the process, the levels of communication was excellent and though there were some challenges with the buyer, they provided excellent advice and the outcome was positive. Thanks

Plus - finding tenants very quickly Minus - during the proceedings we had to deal with 5 different agents at Cairds; It resulted in lack of communication to us and some miscommunication at Cairds end.We are still awaiting information concerning state of our accounts, repairs and replacements we agreed upon.We would like to know if the tenants moved in yesterday

GoogleGavin and Claire made a real difference with the selling of my house. Always got back to me quickly and really spead the whole process up by chasing solicitors constantly. Can’t thank them enough would highly recommend using cairds Ashtead, and will definitely use them in the future

TrustpilotIf I could give no stars I would
If I could give no stars I would. Unlike some of the other reviews, I was a tenant in one of the properties. They are all about money, and even though we had the property cleaned TWICE (and noted by Cairds) they still without warning decided they were going to stop monies from our deposit for a make believe THIRD clean. We know this didn't happen as our cleaners left on the Tuesday afternoon and they couldn't wait to move a new tenant in on the Wednesday. So never checked and noted. We successfully went through the DPS resolution process to get our money back, but that is what they want you to do, as they just expect you to walk away. If you are going to be a tenant in one of their properties, be AWARE, they are vultures and have no customer service and awareness of contract law.

FacebookHands down the worst lettings team in Epsom, Christina (the new manager) lacks communication skills and professionalism to her landlords. They won’t answer your calls all day if they recognise your number and are avoiding your calls. Massively gone down hill since Millie has left. Also missed the re-let negotiations by a month so the tenants could’ve moved out and left me with very little notice. Taking our properties of them Cairds Epsom Lettings and will be using a different agent. **STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING**
