Sathees (Property Manager) facilitated agreement between landlord and tenant in relation to a claim on on the deposit at the end of the tenancy. The outcome of Sathees's intervention was acceptable to both parties and thankfully avoided all involved having to spend much time and effort if the claim had gone to the deposit protection service for settlement.

We have been using Cairds to buy and sell property for over 20 years and also now for lettings. They are knowledgeable and articulate about the market giving good advice and always trying to achieve the best results for both seller and buyer (or tenant and landlord). They are driven and focused and very responsive when called or emailed. I have recommended them to friends over the years and they have always been able to deliver!

GoogleSell, buy and rent your home with Cairds! We sold with Cairds, previously went on with V&H Homes and having compared both agents, Cairds are the BEST! I've told all my neighbours! Gavin took on our instruction, really felt he provided honest feedback, called me every week to provide updates, even to tell me other houses he was taking on so I didn't see it first on RightMove. Jo and Sandy did most of the viewings, really experienced! They took the time to understand our home and did a great job of selling it. The office in Epsom also sent through viewers interested also. Extremely friendly to work with, enjoyed selling our property with them. Our buyers also enjoyed their experience, everyone's happy! Julie follows up on progress once a sale is agreed, again, couldn't aask for more, did a great job! I was very happy to pay the commission, well deserved Cairds! 10/10. Special thanks to Jo and Julie for all your hardwork. Its been a pleasure!

From start to finish of the process, I was struck by the enthusiasm and professionalism of this company. Simon inspires confidence and his team delivers. The structure of the sales team means you can always speak to someone with knowledge of your property. Most of the process was conducted during the difficult time of Covid19 but they pulled out all the stops to ensure the impact to me was kept to a minimum. This is without doubt the best Estate Agency I have ever dealt with.

GoogleWe were at one end of a four link chain in which the solicitor (Lewis & Dick of Ewell) of one of the other links held up progress significantly. Much of this was just plain slowness requiring Cairds to work hard to maintain progress which Gavin Newton of Cairds of Ashtead branch diligently did, keeping my wife and I well informed. Throughout, Cairds were courteous and professional in their dealings with us and we believe with the other three parties eventually bringing things to fruition. 5/5
