I used Cairds to buy, sell, and let a property. They did a really good job, especially in finding a fantastic tenant for the flat. When I came to sell, they found a buyer really quickly. The fees were reasonable too. Highly recommended, and thanks to Lorraine in particular

An excellent and professional experience throughout. We dealt with Cairds from both a sales and rental perspective as we were selling our home and moving into renting ahead of a future house purchase.Call out to Jenny on the sales side as she kept us informed throughout the process and faciliated an incredibly smooth process with the buyers. We were delighted at how easy it all was.Similarly on the rental side we were looked after by Georgette and again our experience was smooth with Cairds very responsive. We were a little apprehensive about tranisitioning to renting again after so many years as home owners but Cairds have made the whole process as stress free and organised as you could hope for.
