GoogleThe successful finding of a mortgage for us is only half the story in this case. At one point we were in danger of losing the house because of a lot of 'Computer says No' - even though it's not really part of their brief, MMPE stepped in and simply made things happen. Great work!

He was so helpful, supportive and patient with us ‘two oldies’ at all times and totally charming with it. Although he wasn’t representing us as the buyers we were given constant updates that we did not even receive from our own Estate Agents which I will not name!

GoogleFrom start to finish the S&C team were great. I was given a realistic valuation, received great support with marketing and had plenty of viewings. When I gained a buyer S&C communicated regularly with me and when exchange seemed elusive, Lucy did a sterling job of communicating with everyone down the chain. Everyone in the S&C team was welcoming and supportive and I can highly recommend them.

GoogleUpdate: I've been using Estates IT now for 9 months and continue to be impressed with them. They are so helpful and really know their stuff, especially Harry and Dave. Thoroughly recommended I've recently used a number of companies in setting up a business, from web designers, property portals, printers to software companies and EstatesIT have been the best by far! The product is great, which is the main thing, but the service and consideration from the guys there could not be any better, a pleasure to deal with. I am rarely moved to write a review, but I've been so impressed with the team, especially Dave and Nick, that I simply had to! A very easy 5 stars.

GoogleThis is the second time we have used Steve Grantham having bought and previously. This time we were selling only with Steve. The service was great from securing viewings through to agreeing a sale within a short time to suit our particular requirements. Stephanie acted as sales progressor and expertly managed a 7 party chain through a long process. Would certainly recommend and would use again.
