GoogleIf your wanting an agent who is hard working, professional and goes over and above what is expected then look no further.. the staff are knowledgeable and helpful to the end. They helped me to complete and untangle a complicated sale and nothing was too much trouble. My own point of contact was Tracey .. and she was incredible. She kept me updated at every step. GoogleI have been with Horizons for a few years now, and it’s an Agency that I would 100% recommend. The Staff is always available when I need to communicate an issue and quite quick at helping resolve it , property is managed in a respectful and reasonable manner, also flexible and patient when difficult situations arises.

FacebookAll was well until one day when speaking to Alison she forgot to put me on mute and used foul language when I asked her to ring someone else directly and before anyone asks I had never been and never was rude, totally uncalled for and totally unprofessional, makes you wonder how they talk about their clients, will never use again, very disappointed

GoogleDavid, Lucy, Darrell and whole team involved in our recent sale fully exceeded our expectations. They were efficient, courteous and communicative throughout. Our property was unusual and therefore challenging in the difficult financial climate in which we had to sell. The team even came up with some innovative suggestions that we would never have thought of! GoogleI can't recommend Claire and the team at Redbrik highly enough. We sold our house in January and from the first contact we made, to the day we completed, the service we received was 5*. Nothing was too much trouble, the process was explained every step of the way, my calls were returned promptly. What more could you ask for? Once we had accepted an offer, Claire made sure that the process was smooth and stress free. I really can't say enough good things about this company - if you've come as far as reading reviews, don't look any further, they will look after you brilliantly.

GoogleI couldn’t be happier with the service from Redbrik. Claire came to do my valuation and was so helpful and friendly. She was on the ball with everything so I was sorted quickly and with no messing about. Stacey was great and kept me up to date with offers and again was so friendly. There was 3 weeks and 3 days between my valuation and my house being sold subject to contract which is amazing! Would 100% recommend Redbrik to anyone looking to sell. Thank you!

Claire, Stacey and Ollie were very approachable, professional and helpful at all times and there was always someone to answer a call. The marketing was very good with excellent photos. They worked hard to sell our property quickly in a matter of weeks, despite some difficulties. They were also good at keeping us up to date during the sale process. We were very happy with the service.
