GoogleYour Move has a very reliable and responsive team, they made our quest to find our future snug easy and fun. Lauren, their agent who assisted us looking at properties in Folkestone was very helpful, easy to approach and she was very keen on going the extra mile finding answers to our questions and queries. I highly recommend your move for anyone looking for property to rent! :)

GoogleNeil and the rest of the team at Your Move Ashford were very professional at all times during my seeking process. I lost my buyer two days before exchange with another agent who had my flat on the market for four months and was extremely unhelpful. Within a week of me putting my property on with Your move it was sold! Could not recommend high enough!

GoogleCouldn’t be more pleased with our experience using Your Move recently. Staff very helpful and went out of their way to support us especially Emily who looked after our application throughout. Very happy where we are. Any queries speedily resolved. Issue with cooker just after arriving and we had a resolution plus brand new cooker within days. We would definitely recommend this agency. Thanks to all.

Staff very unhelpful and rude on the phone, and after leaving the property trying to get your deposit back was ridiculous I waited from vacation beginning of July till September and that was because I opened a case against them. Would never use these estate agents again!PositiveProfessionalism

This is dealt with through the central office, the checkout and condition report require the agreement of the landlord. Unfortunately our office in Ashford can only chase these for you but it is better to deal with the terminations team to finalise matters. Sorry once again it took so long to get finalised. GoogleI feel so terrible in writing this as the office and environment I worked in was absolutely wonderful, really nice people however. Working for this company has been a huge regret, working as a sale negotiator without a manger for a couple months and doing the more than I got paid. Unfortunately when the new branch manager came into the office it wasn’t a best time for the branch in sales. However when the new year came they made me redundant for poor performance and attention, even though the trouble of handling the Sale side by myself was extremely difficult that wasn’t taken into consideration. Unfortunately I would like to say working here would’ve been a pleasure however when you don’t get paid the right amount in your last payslip and no one to contact you to go over it even leaving phone calls for someone to call me back. I’m gutted to say my review on working here is disappointing. Do not work for this company. Thank you
