A great experience with James

We met James Marshall-Loughran from the Ashford branch while viewing a couple of properties and had a really positive experience with him. He was so personable and easy to deal with, but also really honest and upfront with us, which we genuinely appreciated. He gave us clear, realistic advice and we always felt we could have a straightforward conversation with him without any pressure. We’ve ended up finding a property elsewhere, but we both came away from our dealings with James thinking what a genuinely nice guy he was. We’d absolutely recommend him to anyone looking in the area.

The sale of our property experience with Sandersons was second to none, from the initial visit by Jane through to finding a Buyer could not have been more straight forward. The whole team seemed to work as one unit and were very professional in their approach. Most importantly we were kept informed of progress all the way. We bought our new home through Sandersons so, of course, they were acting for the sellers. But we found them to be extremely helpful and honest at all times. Quick to respond and quick to arrange viewings. Shayna looked after us so well when we were enquiring and viewing and, once our offer had been accepted, Kerry kept us fully informed of progress and we felt that she was acting in our interests, as well as the sellers' at all times. From the very beginning everybody at Sanderson‘s has been amazing all extremely helpful. They can’t do enough for you to help, our sales progresser Kerry Blue has been there every step of the way, since having prices agreed on both sides of the chain. I dealt with Kerry Blue through a Solicitor/Agent capacity on a sale for one of my clients. The transaction became particularly stressful due to other elements in the chain and a tight deadline but Kerry was always a constant.
