Just moved house yesterday after purchasing our new home through Sanderson’s and, selling our old home through Sanderson’s too. We chose Sanderson’s because of their far superior photos and videos. These days, pictures sell and this proved true for us both purchasing and selling. The whole team were great, a pleasure to deal with. What I hadn’t expected though was the amount of after sales help we would get, namely from Linda. What an absolute legend. In the weeks that followed from initial offers accepted to completion, she has been keeping us updated and aware every step of the way. So much so, I’m actually going to miss speaking to her! Can’t recommend Sanderson’s enough and if we ever move again (god forbid), these guys will be the only call we make.

We purchased our new home from Sandersons and they took on the sale of our house. They sold out house swiftly and were good at keeping us updated throughout the process. Jackie, Antony, Kerry and their team were great. They continually chased up all of the agents in the chain, collated information for us and updated us as to progress. We encountered several issues leading up to exchange and the process at this stage was extremely stressful. Antony and Kerry were great and they were very keen to assist us to get to the finish point. We eventually exchanged and completed and moved into our beautiful home. Sandersons have been amazing throughout the sale of my dad's property, in particular our agent Kerry who we relied on for advice and support throughout the entire process and even after the sale. Everyone on the team is excellent, calls are answered immediately and they are brilliant at keeping you up to date and communicating everything, I relied on Kerry to keep the communication through the chain and felt her experience kept the sale on track.
