They understood that we didn't want to move until we found the perfect property and made sure that our buyers knew that so that everyone knew what was going on. The whole team were friendly and approachable and really went above and beyond to not only sell our home but ensure that we found a great property too. GoogleEstate agent of the future, putting the client first and regular updates. Tim got more than asking price and our sale within a week. Charlotte drives the paper work through and is constantly making calls to save you the stress of not knowing what's happening. FacebookWhere do I start!!50 weeks ago I put my house on the market with a big company, they sold my house. But in buying a house the agent was limp, not honest and didn't communicate. We lost the house of our dreams due to that.Then Tim and his team came along. We switched to them after listening to the ambition of the company. They sold our house and my mother in law's. It was a complicated two chain affair. They helped us find another house, even better than the one before.I can honestly say without Mockford and Hunt we would have lost out again. Communication, honesty and the commitment to go above and beyond in the progression of the chains was outstanding. An average Joe estate agent does not give you that service. It's not just about selling your house, it's about making sure you purchase one too!I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone, it's a shame they only have 1 office as I'm sure other counties would appreciate this dedication to their clients and their service.Good luck to Tim and his team.

FacebookWow just wow I cannot thank Tim and Charlotte enough! I was with a different estate agent to start with and my experience was, should we say not good. Then I listed with Mockford and hunt on the Friday and it was sold on the Monday! I cannot stress how wonderful they are, I felt like they really care and would bend over backwards to help. GoogleHaving ummed and ahed about whether to take a risk with a new agent, we were swayed by the value and professionalism Mockford and Hunt seemed to offer. It was a very good call; our property went from listing to being under offer in three days and three viewings. Tim has been incredibly helpful and always accessible, offering efficient and professional (yet friendly) communication at all times. There's something to be said, I think, for using a small firm with long established, experienced directors-the service is more personal, more effective and more targeted to individual needs. Highly recommended.
