We switched from our first estate agent as we felt they were not supporting us in selling our home in the way we wanted.
Tim was a breath of fresh air in comparison. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgable from the get go, addressed all our concerns and spoke to us on a real level. He doesn’t do try to do the sales talk to you like others do, instead he’s honest and trustworthy and you sense he won’t steer you wrong.
He got the job done and sold our house in a matter of a couple of weeks. We couldn’t be happier with his support and we wouldn’t be in our new home today without him. Mockford and Hunt were superb. Thank you for everything.

During the 2 months i was helped many times. Maintanance is very easy and accessable. All workers are extremly kind and always there to help.

I was initially offered a live property viewing, but communication then became inconsistent. My calls and messages went unanswered, leaving me with no clear update. Every time I was given a different reason about why I could not rent the house. Believing there may have been a misunderstanding, I decided to remove my original review.
Afterwards, I was contacted about the review. Despite having already deleted it in good faith and apologising for any misunderstanding, I still received no further assistance or communication regarding the viewing.
Clear, honest, and professional communication is essential when dealing with prospective tenants. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I was left feeling disappointed by the way the situation was handled.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience buying our first house with Tim from Mockford and Hunt. We were really struggling with finding a house that we loved due to our own fussy requirements, but it took Tim no time at all to understand what we were after and see our vision and find homes that suited us. He didn't inundate us with every property that came on the market, but tailored suggestions to our requirements perfectly. The home we ended up buying was one that he sent us the listing for before it even made it onto the big websites, and we snapped it up straight away. Mockford and Hunt work alongside a mortgage adviser and solicitors too, who they recommend to create a lovely little ecosystem where everyone works together in a WhatsApp group and the communication is fluid. We went with Mockford and Hunt's suggestions and were beyond happy with the service we received and the energy and dedication from all parties involved! We are well off selling our new home, but we will definitely be getting back in touch with Tim when we are at that point!
