GoogleWe have dealt with a couple of letting agent over the past 6 weeks and I can honestly say we have had a great experience with lockwood lettings. we have been dealing with jolene and she has been total amazing from when we first meet her she has been nothing but professional and took all our needs in to consideration I would highly recommend her to help you find your dream home

GoogleDont bother doing work for these.. i have had to badger them for payment for the very 1st job we did. As of 8th Sept 2020, i still have not been paid for a job carried out in July, depite them promising to pay promptly .. they have now paid 17th sept... job completed on our 1st visit on the 28th july..NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Google**STAY AWAY** from these agents, they are all nice and friendly when they are taking your money but when you leave the property they will make it so difficult to get any kind of deposit back and charge you for things that you didnt even damage because we left early and obviously wanted more money from us! SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THEM! really disapointed.

GoogleAs of September they're still advertising that new tenants need to pay reference fees £85 and check in fees £150 for new properties. As per the Tenants Fee act 2019, these costs were banned and from June 2019 it's against the law to charge these fees to tenants.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWaist of time, had a viewing that took me 30 minutes to travel there, just to be told it's no longer on the market. Mark cognet didn't contact me in any way to tell me this. No communication from the estate agent. Never using them again. Poor service.

GoogleReally helpfull at all time, very quick to respond to emails or any demand. As a tenant, just spend 45 minutes with one of their agent (Mark) over the phone, who was so helpull, friendly and reassuring and to be honest just made my day. Will defintitly recommand them. Thanks

GoogleLockwood’s have been letting my property since 2003 and in that time have provided an absolutely superb service. Mark, Debbie & Dawn have always been very professional making the whole tenancy process very positive for both tenants as well as landlord. Highly recommend this Company.

GoogleCowboys. They just leave old adverts in windows to tempt you in then try to rent you something that is completely not what you asked for. Despite saying 5 times that we required a house, letting agent was constantly going on about a 2 bedroom flat. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful letting agents, Mark the owner is like a spoilt child, if he doesn't get his way (he tried to charge us extras after leaving the property but the property owner sided with us) he declared all-out war on us..NEVER use this company..absolute CR*P!
