We rented a flat to find after 1 month mould growing on the walls, on further inspection the walls behind the kitchen cupboards were black rotten with mould. The flat then started to get worse day by day as we found out the structure of the flat had rising damp issues. We was never told about this issue from Lockwood or the landlord when entering into agreement. The flat stunk everyday of mould and mildrew and the flat was over 80% humidity everyday due to no airflow or ventilation (air bricks etc). We had to spend an extra £100+ a months running the heating and dehumidifier as well as cleaning products to keep on top of the mould and condensation. We had a little baby which the landlord and state agents were aware of but they they had no duty of care. We did try and get money off the rent considering all of the above issues but instead they wanted to put the rent up! Avoid at all cost, they are liars and could not care less about you, not to mention their prices are outrageous. The address of the flat is 2 Alliance Court l, Anderson Drive, Ashford, TW15 1BH.

Very unprofessional went to view a property yesterday called the office to put an offer and deposit down was told that the lettings team where out of office so emailed to tell them that I would take the asking price and to put an deposit down then yet again today spoke to them they said they would put it over to landlord and get back to me then I just get a phone call to say that some1 that viewed it today has already got it seems a bit dodgy would never rent with them

Really unhelpful staff . The agency is a con . Took a security deposit and then made up a story so that we didn’t pass their referencing process. Also they seem to be demanding more admin fees on top of the security deposit if you fail the referencing but it is no where mentioned in their contract…. I would not recommend them to anyone! If I had the option of a 0 star , I would choose that!

I was interested in a house to rent so i gave them a call but the letting agent wasn't about, the lady told me to leave my name and number and letting agent would call me back. I decided to send an email to request a viewing aswell. After a week of waiting i called back and it was thesame situation, letting agent wasn't about and left my name and telephone number again. Its been 3 weeks now and i still haven't heard from the agency. Very bad customer service in my opinion 🤨

im so disappointed by this estate agents, we went to view a property, we liked it, we was very interested and made that clear. we tried to contact the estate agents (racheal) the next day on so many occasions and kept getting told she was not about, then we found out the day after the property had been let we rang back the estate agencies the day we found out it had been let, the lady said as she didn't hear from you we let it. once we stated that we had tried calling that day and no one got back to us she couldn't really say much, unhelpful and was late for viewing . I WILL NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS AGAIN AND I ADVICE OTHERS TO BE CAREFUL AND NOT TO GET HOPES UP....
