As a neighbour of 2 years of a Haart tenant who leaves the dogs for up to 9 hours so they bark and howl into the late night, has visitors in the early hours and comes and goes in the early hours banging doors etc, shouting and whooping etc - Haart are less than useless at managing the tenants behaviour to their neighbours despite the agreement stating about noise and disturbances. Two years of complaints and all we get is complaints via other neighbours about us complaining about her!

Terrible customer service. Rude and uncooperative. Just spoke to someone who said they were called Stephen from the property management team who was so rude, purposely trying to wind me up. when I rung back to complain apparently there is no Stephen working there. They do not protect the people renting at all... very quick to ring you for things they need or want but when you need something most of the time they don't answer the phone or you get spoken to very rude by someone. The only person from Haart that has spoken to me with respect is Josh who works at the ashford agency. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

Excellent service in what had been a very tough situation for Gareth to handle! We cannot praise him high enough! Gareth worked hard to enable us to get the property we wanted and there were times when we thought it would never happen. His persistence, empathy and sensitivity regarding the situation did him credit and he bent over backwards for us even to the point of keeping in touch with us after working hours. He encouraged us even when we were impatient and felt discouraged. Without all of his involvement we feel we would never have acquired the property we desired. We wish him all the very best in his chosen profession.

Haart are absolutely amazing. I was recommended them by an ex colleague best thing i done. Lindsay sold my house really quickly. Gareth the manager is really friendly and the whole team kept in contact with me throughout. Our dream house come available in our dream location (these houses are extremely hard to get) if it wasn’t for Haart Ashford selling our house as quickly and efficiently as they did we would’ve never got our new home. Highest of expertise from each and every one of the team there and made the house sale extremely stress free and took on any issues ground running and resolved them with excellence. Haart (Ashford branch), has recently rented a couple of my properties, considered difficult to rent, due to the recent market changes affecting the demand and supply situation. I have much appreciated the performance by Haart for the way they have tackled the present challenging situation and have managed to rent a couple of my proerties. Traditionally, for the past few decades, these properties have always been rented to full time RHUL students. Haart managed to successfully rent a 6 bedroom property on a company let basis. Another 5 bedroom student house, with a tenant and her dog, that could not be rented by the local agents, has now been rented fully to students. Colin Hickey, the branch manager had a vision and together with his excellent team, performed beyond expectations and have successfully 'delivered the goods'. This has indeed been quite impressive.

Haart (Ashford, Surrey) were extremely responsive in dealing with the request. Colin shared the various services offered by Haart and explained the T’s&C’s. He then very promptly put into action the next steps for the letting. We could clearly see the teamwork. The team quickly organised the prerequisites and got the viewings set up. It was almost like there were clients waiting to view; multiple parties visiting at the same time. They also called us regularly during the process with updates; the communication was spot on. The letting was organised well before the committed period of 2 weeks, which is impressive. Overall it has been a great experience with Haart! I would highly recommend them.
