GoogleEveryone was extremely helpful, especially Nelio and Colin. They were efficient and very fast to make the process as easy as possible for me and they are always there to help. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone, especially those moving from another country.

GoogleOf all agents in Ashford they are ones least interested in making a sale. Within an hour of registering with other agencies, had calls from them enquiring how they could help. Haart took several chases, conversations with disinterested staff (heard people more enthusiastic about upcoming smear tests) and that was with interest in a property they were advertising. So glad we went elsewhere.

GoogleWe have been in the property business for over twenty years. This is honestly the first time I have felt compelled enough to sit down and draft a complaint email regarding a selling agent. The service we received from Simon Poore in the Ashford branch was very unprofessional. A few months into the purchase process Simon said to me that he couldn’t get in touch with the seller. Then for some reason unbeknown to me he decided to just stop communicating with me. This left us not knowing what was going on. I tried to contact him seven times in total over a few weeks. I left him voicemail messages on his mobile and left messages with the team in the office. I asked for him to please call me back. We urgently needed an update before spending even more money on the proposed purchase. Whenever I called the office I was always told that he was in a meeting or on a call. This was also the case with the timber and damp company that we instructed. They tried to contact him every day at one point to be told the same thing. They never got to speak to him or got a call back. Nobody else in the office seemed to know anything about the property, so we were just stuck not knowing if the purchase was going ahead or the seller had pulled out. To be honest the way he was behaving has made me suspicious of the whole thing. I am now thinking maybe he resold the property to someone else. Maybe he sold to one of his friends or something? If it was just a case that the seller had become completely unresponsive, then why would he not just communicate with me? I accept things go wrong sometimes in property. I wouldn’t be writing this email if he had just spoken to me and explained the situation, whatever that was? Instead he decided to blatantly ignore me and the timber and damp company. The way he has behaved has resulted in a massive waste of our time and money and left me feeling frustrated. We were not impressed with Simon’s general conduct as he would swear during conversation. He also kept referring to me as Fella. This didn’t practically bother me but I wouldn’t want anyone conducting meetings and conversations like that if they were representing our business. We bought a property through Harrt back in 2017 and I couldn’t fault the team then. Now we won’t even view a property listed by Haart in Ashford as the way we have been treated is unacceptable. We have resisted leaving this feedback on the internet at this stage. We know how damaging this can be for a company, so decided to communicate our experience directly with them and we still have heard nothing.
