I have rented properties with agencies but the team at Dandara made the move in / out process as smooth as possible, providing references for my future landlord. Isle of Man, Ballasalla.Myself and my wife and the absolute pleasure of meeting Helen Quayle at the Ballasalla show house, it was a stunningly furnished home and Helen could not have been more helpful if she tried, she was knowledgeable and (importantly to us) kind, she actually took the time to understand why we were moving over to the Isle of Man and what we were looking for. Couldn't recommend her more highly, we hope everyone on the island is as friendly as she is.

Having looked at several other new-builds in the area, in early 2023 we viewed and were very impressed by the show homes at Saxon Park, Biddenham. Jo and Kelly couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful and all the staff within the Sales Office are a credit to Dandara. Having made the decision to buy a home on this development, we received regular updates from Jo and Kelly, which included photographs of the build as it progressed (I would also add that the Solicitors who Dandara recommended handled both our sale and purchase very efficiently).We completed our purchase in August. The finish of our new home was little short of perfect in every respect and the site staff who we were introduced to were completely professional and very accommodating. A couple of minor snags that were eventually apparent were dealt with promptly and we have been impressed by the courteous efficiency of all the site staff and contractors who we’ve come into contact with.We have no hesitation recommending Dandara’s Saxon Park development to anyone seeking a home in this area. We continue to see Jo and Kelly from time to time and they’re always keen to ensure that we are continuing to enjoy life here.

I am currently in the process of buying a property at Saxon Park Biddenham. I have been very impressed with the service that I have received from all the staff at the site. They are always available to answer my questions and to offer me advice. I have viewed a few houses on the site and the staff have allowed me the opportunity to pick the house that is right for me. They are all very patient and accommodating and obviously care about their customers and making sure that they are well looked after. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends and family. I am looking forward to moving into my new home soon.

Lucky I didn't give a 1 star. We recently purchased a new build property from Dandara and as always they are very polite and welcoming. We reserved a property and we were all good. The issue started as soon as we got the keys. We were rushed in before Christmas and boy oh boy was it rushed. We walked into the house and it looked like it has been robbed. Doors didn't shut, draft coming through the french didn't shut/lock properly, hadn't been cleaned, damage to bits and bobs it looked like it still needed another few weeks of work. The reason for giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the site manager is really understanding and hasn't really fought back on issues that we have raised. He's a god send to be honest with the things you hear from other developments where they just blame you and say they won't fix stuff as it's your own fault etc. we got a professional snagger in and they found 130 snags. Yes some of them were minor paint etc but there were a few big issues that at the moment are in talks etc. The big issue at the moment are the exterior of the house but I won't go into detail and as we have only started living here for about a week our drive way is between 2 houses and the road that the drive way leads onto is narrower than a main single street road. This means to reverse in or out of the drive you need to do a 5 point shunt in order not to hit either house and mount the kerb opposite in order just to get in and out. We only have a smallish hatch back anything bigger would be a nightmare. I drive vans and flat beds for work and even I have the odd issue. I have mentioned this to Dandara but as it's been built and coming to end of development basically said it's not their problem. Even the ground workers that are still in the area have said it's tight and needs and extra 2 plus metres width on the road. This whole process has been ridiculous and we shouldn't of encountered this many problems. As Dandara aren't a builder they just get I think contactors in that are a bit slap dash and even fixing problems either makes it worse or doesn't even fix the issue. Would not recommend.

Dandara Team Abbot Place on MK, Woods cannot explain how happy I am with you wonderful services, from the start you have be so attentive and patient with me, making you are taking my time to take the right decision, advice all along the journey of me buying my first property. I remember when I told Rebecca that this was the most important decision that I have take in my life and she just smile at me and said she totally understands and that why there are here to make sure that I am happy and have the right support. Thank you so much for spending time with me choosing my kitchen cabinets and my floorings, thank you for looking at my Pinterest picture and make sure that I stick to my house idea and not doing like everyone else’s does. Even when I was away with my work you still take time to wait for me, liaising with my lawyer and the my Moorgate advisor for me, seriously you guys just make me feel so safe and easy to trust you. Dandara have looked after my apartment for many years (since 2016) and I’ve been super happy. I bought it as an investment purchase and they’ve looked after it from the get go, finding tenants and then managing the relationship with those tenants going forward. They do a great job looking after me as a landlord as well as keeping the tenants best interests and rights at the heart of what they do. They are honest, fair and efficient.

We have been in the house a few months now but wanted to drop some feedback on living at Dandara Eskbank. The customer experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Jacqueline Bathgate couldn't do enough for us before and after we moved into our new house.The build quality on the house is of a very high standard and you can see that the tradesman take pride in the work they do. We recently converted part of our garage into a boot room and put in a new window to the rear of the house which required some render to match the existing wall. Stuart Barton helped us out, nothing is a bother to him and can't thank him enough.
