Had a very impressive tour of the show house at The Grange. Alanna gave us the tour and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable on the property specifications across the range and also gave us useful information on the next phase of the Hazelwood development. The show house was gorgeous and finished to a very high spec. We were given all the time we needed with no pressure or feeling rushed. We know we can contact Alanna any time and she’ll keep us up to date.

We’re looking for a new house and stumbled across Dandara development in Spencer’s Wood. Initially looking more out of curiosity than anything else we’ve both Shakira and Val extremely helpful, it’s never too much trouble to answer any questions we have or show us around different homes on the development. But what’s really good is there isn’t a hard sell approach, both have listened to our requirements and made extremely helpful recommendations or modifications to meet those requirements.

I recently visited the Dandara Sales office suite at the Meadows Wymeswold purely by chance after driving past the site. I looked around the show homes and was very impressed with the finish and general quality of the homes on the site. The sales team were particularly good explaining the various features of the individual properties on offer and information about the development. This was my second visit to the site which aloud me to look around other properties on the development whilst being escorted by a member of the Sales team.

Currently in the process of buying a Beech 21 house at Reayrt Mie with my partner.. we were really impressed with the standard of their show home and the location of the development so decided to sell our house and make the move. Although daunting, the reservation process was made quick and easy by the sales team and they were able to answer all of our questions. We are very much looking forward to moving into our new home in May this year.

I bought my flat off plan and I have found the Dandara team fantastic from looking at the plan of the flat to 5 years later in every aspect. The reason I am terminating your service is your service charge is now 11% which I think is excessive and it is collected at the beginning of the rental period for the whole period which I think is terrible and greedy. It is obviously not you workers but the management who specify these conditions. I know 3 other people whole have terminated your services for the same reason

We bought a new house within the Shawfair development and Carmela was amazing from start to finish. She was really supportive throughout the process which continued into the after sale of the property. The assistant site manager Andrew and his team have also been really great in rectifying any minor snags quickly and efficiently.

We arrive at the show house unannounced (and through the wrong door) and Susan could not have been more welcoming. Susan took us around the bottom floor and explained all the various fits and finishes that were available and the discussed what plots were available and when. She also offered to show us some of the smaller properties so we could gauge what would be the the right fit for us. Susan allowed us to view the upstairs and left us alone to look around at our pace. Susan has a very personable persona and was not pushy at all, which is so often the case when viewing houses and can be very off putting. The house itself was really well appointed and the lay out was really nice. It is obvious that so much care and attention has gone into the build quality and thought process when designing rooms which fit for modern living.

Brendan, Terri, Liisa and Clair are incredibly helpful. They made moving to Jersey and off the island super quick and easy. They’re super responsive and always ready to accommodate reasonable requests. If you’re looking for a place to rent in Jersey, I would definitely recommend you reach out to them. Even if what you are looking for isn’t obviously listed on any of the property websites, they’ll make sure you find something that suits your needs.

If you read the 5 star reviews, you will see that a high percentage are discussing the sales process.I have since removed my 5 star sales process review having now lived in my home for a year.Sales ProcessEarly bird reserved: June 21Formally reserved: Jan 22Agreed date of entry: May to July 22Actual entry date: 30th March 23No apology for late delivery has ever been given.Defects found to date in HomeRear garden: topsoil contaminated with shards of glass, large rocks and broken pottery. Time to resolve 6 months, but garden now floods, due to “a lack of worms”.Scratched glass: Dandara to date accepted fault for damaged panes on ground floor, but apparently are not at fault for damaged windows upstairs? time to remediate: 7 months, ongoing issue, I am being quoted reporting statements from literature and policies I was not in receipt of, by the customer care team. Leak 1: shower leaked, time to resolve 2 weeksLeak 2: main bathroom leak, time to resolve 2 weeksLeak 3: toilet waste pipe, 4 weeks and counting.Wrong Solar export MPAN, required to recoup payment for exported solar energy. Wrong meter references provided to the energy network by Dandara, so wrong certification issued etc… resolved by homeowner taking approx 4 months to remediate.Air freely flowed through two external vents to the cooker hood and on into the kitchen, which through winter has never retained heat. Non return valves have now been fitted 9 months after initial report.Kitchen window without seal, not yet repaired.Roof tiles have been failing with shards falling into the front and back gardens.Downpipes illy fitted, and left to freely move causing damage to the render. One downpipe was modified, whilst another was reattached. I’m awaiting the next big gust of wind for it to become detached again.Poor paint finishes to all skirting, frames and internal doors. Painter mobilised 5 months in and made things worse.Snagging report issued with over a hundred issues identified, reported issues include, but are not limited to:Water damaged internal doorsChipped kitchen cabinetScratched utility cabinet doorsLoose electrical socketsGapping on coving at ceiling Entrance door gouged and scratchedSofits damagedFeature boards to front of property markedConcrete sills damagedIts a real shady practise getting people to write trustpilot reviews on the sales process Dandara, your product is not 5 star, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , -Response to your response.Dandara, you think handing over a new home with all these defects is tolerable? Your apology in this medium is not accepted.Additionally, i forgot the mention another recent defect. The construction bung had been left the drains leaving my home, meaning, most hard waste remained in slowly blocking and backing up the drains. Can you imagine?

Do not buy a house from Dandara. They’ll sell you the dream but follow up with a nightmare. Customer care are absolutely shocking, take 5 days to send you a holding email in response then longer to arrange someone to come out. Their operatives are absolutely useless and leave the house in a worse condition than it started. They are patronising and will do anything to try and get out of fixing things. ***update*** Dandara are not investigating as their response below, they sent someone over who was very patronising and refused to do half the work we’d emailed about and apparently now he’s the only person in the region who can fix our issues so now they have closed off our issues (which the last person who came out caused!!) because I refuse to have a man back who was patronising and spoke to me like I was an idiot. I doubt I would have been spoken to like that if my husband was in the house!!

We have recently bought a Farringford 3 bedroom house at Fontwell Meadows.Having never bought a new house before we have been blown away by the whole experience.We cannot speak highly enough of the knowledge and professionalism we received from Ash and Tracy from day one to completion. DO NOT BUY HOME FROM DANDARA. The quality is a joke, the customer service is a joke and the emergency contact they provide is also a joke. It is raining outside and we found that there's a hole in the ceiling near the bay window. Water is coming out like waterfall. We call the emergency contact to seek help. The woman in the emergency contact spent 15 minutes to locate my address and then 7 minutes to jot down my case. And then just tell me according to the rules, this is not an emergency case and ask me to contain the water by myself and contact customer care 2 days later. She even said she has given me the advise what to do already. JOKE!!! nothing more than a JOKE when buying house from DANDARA. If you want to have the same experience, buy DANDARA house is your right choice.
