I would like to congratulate the team on the Lettings department of Dandara. I recently took on the tenancy of a new apartment through Dandara Lettings for one year. From taking on the tenancy to vacating, the Dandara team were professional and ever helpful. In particular Terri Boothe was stand out efficient and made the cessation of the tenancy easy and painless.Well done Dandara.

Clair, Brendan, Terri and the rest of the Dandara team have been a pleasure to deal with. In slightly complex circumstances they went out of their way to help and assisted me in securing a lovely apartment at Westview. They kept me informed of timelines, took account of my needs and delivered on my requirements. The team knew the property well, all checks / info they needed from me clearly explained and articulated, property handover to me simple with a walkthrough with Terri and I expect property handback to be just as easy and straight forward. Biggest compliment is that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.

Jo and Catherine in the site office were very helpful all the way through the process of purchasing my house. A special thanks to Jo, who I mainly dealt with. From her first showing me round the show home and around the site, looking at available plots. To then explaining all the purchasing paperwork to helping when conveyancing needed a push.Adrian, the site manager has been really friendly and helpful in helping me to settle in. Nothing is too much trouble for him.The whole team made very smooth and easy, what could have been a difficult process. Thank you.

We purchased a home from Dandara, on their Saxon Park development, earlier in February this year, and it was a great experience from start to finish, albeit only a few months! The sales team, Jo and Kelly, were great help. They took their time in understanding our needs, went through all the available plots that suited us, and we ended up settling on our now, new home! They were extremely accomodating with our questions throughout the purchase, and as helpful, once we moved in, sending through all the docs we needed pretty much straight away. The development and the house itself is great. Very minor snagging, and were dealt with extremely efficiently. No issues at all with workmen or building work on site and they are very quick to react to any issues or concerns.Overall, a very pleasant experience purchasing with Dandara and would have no hesitation recommending them, or purchasing another Dandara home, in the future.Thanks!!

Had a pre booked appointment and were seen promptly by Andrea who took the time to explain the layout of the next phase of the Hazlewood development and to answer all of our questions on the buying process.Unfortunately there is only a very limited number of plots being released at this time and none of the house types were ones we were interested in.We will keep in touch to find out about future plot releases

First of all, your web page was misleading; it stated that there was an open day to launch the barns, which suggested that there would be one to view. Not the case! It was impossible to gain a feel of the whole development as the only viewing available was one house. Whereas I like the internal colour scheme, the house itself was a real letdown. It did not make the best use of space and apart from the kitchen diner, it was very cramped. You had compromised on space to gain extra rooms as a selling point. Not the house for me. Shame!!!!!In addition, because there was another possible buyer before me, I was not able to experience the full sales information

We sell a number of homes off plan and the event was designed to give people the opportunity to be the first to reserve but we take on board your feedback that this should have been made more clear. Dandara- St Michaels Park.Kelly has been great from the first time I went to visit the site and subsequently agreed to buy one of the houses. Have been sent updates throughout, including photos of progress, which saves me a trip over there. So far experience with Kelly and the site manager has been great.
