Millers View - excellent service!

We recently moved into our beautiful new home - The Goodwood by Dandara in Millers View and can safely say that everything has been an absolute dream! Rebecca and Sara have been a great help to us - right from our very first drop-in to “have a look” right through to our final handover.Any questions we had were answered quickly and they both helped to make the whole process feel seamless (which I know can be a rarity when buying a new home!)Thank you both so much!

Meadow BanK Property Visit

A very pleasant experience and was made to feel very welcome by Ashley. He responded to my queries in a professional manner and took notes of my particular requestPlease note that after leaving clear instructions that I would confirm my offer on Monday the 10th of June, Dandara allowed another supposedly prospective buyer to put an offer in without informing me. I checked on Friday and was told by Ashley and another Sales agent that this was done by one of their superiors. I think that this is an incredulous story as Ashley stated that he was going to contact me on Thursday night and somehow did not do so. However, the lady sales agent stated that they found out that the property which was on reserve to me has been offered to someone who is going to rent it on the Friday by email. I was shown an alternative property which was not as good as the one which I had initially chosen.I am disappointed and On the basis of this experience, i do not want anything to do with Dandara as I feel that I have been victimised in favour of one of their buddies- It would be great to hear from the supposed superior and receive an apology.

Five star experience from start to finish. We were particularly blown away by the care and attentiveness of the Site Manager, John, who is always on hand for questions and handled our snag list speedily and organised the work during times that suited us. He also continues to follow up to ensure everything is going well which has made the move in process as stress free as can be, allowing us to enjoy our new home in this beautiful new development at Wallace View.

Well done Dandara!

The property was completed on schedule with all requested extras nicely fitted. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances and the whole property beautifully painted both inside and out. The garden was neat and tidy with paths laid and lawns turfed. All we had to do was move in. The sales staff and on-site staff were extremely helpful and easy to deal with and made the purchase a pleasant and stress-free process. We are pleased to say we have found Dandara to be a good and trustworthy firm with exceptional attention to detail.

Purchasing my dream home with dandara braintree has been absolutely brilliant. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, they made sure the communication and access was always available and in particular Jo from the sales team was nothing short of great along with the rest of her team in made my purchase that nuch easier and stress free. NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH WORK REVIEW. MAKING COMMUNITIES SAFE

My name is Peter New I am a Police Volunteer with the Community Neighbourhood Watch. I cover the Ashford District and especially new build developments. I enrol people into Neighbourhood Watch which helps them stay crime free and importantly free from the fear of crime too. It helps build community cohesion and importantly, as residents move in, it helps provide an additional layer of vigilance and security. Sadly we all know building developments are targeted by criminals at all stages from the first brick laid till the last house completed. With this work you need people to buy into the theory and the practice of this work. On all sites I work on some do from day one others arrive on the journey so to speak. Sometimes sadly after a theft on a site has occurred. It costs nothing to a company or the residents, in fact it is a win win situation. Residents are all on board straight away especially those moving into the area from farther away. With signage provided to residents it shows criminals that the community is as one and they are all looking out for each other. Criminals need to know they are not picking on one isolated family or property but a united community. The real purpose of this mail after that background is to say what an absolute pleasure it has been to work with Joe Stockton on The Pippins site at Hamstreet. From our first meeting to date he got the idea, realised the benefits and played a full and active part of supporting the growth of Neighbourhood Watch for the residents. It has been an absolute pleasure working with him. He is very clearly very good and confident at his job and extremely committed to go that extra mile for everybody and that included me! I know how highly thought of he was by his residents and how highly they speak of him. I can only add to that by way of saying a thank you to him for his commitment, and support to my work in making The Pippins a lovely place to live and raise families. I shall miss Joe as he moves on and forward to his new site. I think it mentioned Hawkhurst. I would be grateful if you could drop him a note or a quick phone call to say a very well done and thank you for his work.
