Susan was really attentive, especially as we arrived with no pre booked appointment. Really helpful and went out of her way to accommodate and answer a barrage of questions. Our experience was first class, so much so, we are returning tomorrow, hopeful to secure our future home.

Today I visited the Dandara Braeburn Fields development as I was driving past and wanted to have a look at a show home. Really liked the Frogmore house type and Jess was great. A real asset to the company.

For deciding on our intention to visiting the show house and reserving our plot our encounters with the Dandarra team have been first class. Alanna has been so helpful and efficient make the process simple and efficient. We loved the show house and the attention to every detail by Dandarra and the exceptional finishes made us absolutely sure this was the house and development for us.

Clair and her team at Dandara Lettings Jersey, Brendan, Terri and Samantha, have been very impressive throughout the lettings process. A tenancy on my property recently expired and a new tenant was found with the minimum of fuss in a remarkably quick time. Any questions are answered promptly and I feel very confident in their ability to manage my let in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner.

I recently purchased a property off plan with Dandara Jersey and the service I received from Claire and Liz was exceptional. The inspections done by Russ and Rachel prior to completion were very thorough, as was the final handover by Alison. The overall finish and spec of the apartment is fab, and I am extremely happy with my lovely new home. I would highly recommend the Dandara Jersey team!

I live in a 2-bedroom flat that is managed by Dandara, Jersey and although there have been a few issues in the flat since I moved into back in February 2024, I can honestly say that Dandara have been very prompt in responding to these issues and explaining what needs to be done. The staff I have dealt with have always been very nice and understanding and dealt with any important issues in a prompt manner. I would definitely rent another property managed by Dandara.

The lady I have been speaking with Stewkley has been brilliant especially as I am nervous about buying something that is not yet built. She has gone out of her way to settle my nerves and I could have asked for anything more. Kelly went above and beyond showing me all the plans and shared different ideas with me. As soon as my plot is available, I’m reserving!!
