We have recently completed on our new build home at the Pippins development in Hamstreet and couldn't be happier with Dandara as a company. Previously, we owned a new build flat from a large developer and had countless issues and problems, that were very difficult to get resolved. Sceptical on new builds we only popped into the Pippins to have a look at the quality of home to confirm our decision. However the quality of the homes here were brilliant, traditionally built and aesthetically great.We met Joe in the Sales suite who answered every question we had, was open and honest on the every step of the process and would always ensure we were happy. We were able to witness all steps of our home development so we could see first hand the difference in the build with DandaraEmma and Tommy along with Joe have been so helpful at every step of the journey, and now we are in continue to ensure everything is going ok and helping us solve any issues. My faith in new builds has been restored thanks to Dandara and the team at The Pippins. Really recommend their homes.

We recently purchased a house on the Paddock View development in Yapton. Our experience started back in February where we met Jo, who gave us so much of her time on two visits, showing us available houses until we found the right one for us. Throughout the whole process Jo and Val in the sales team were amazing. They supported us through some very difficult and stressful times. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even offering to assist with the sale of our then current property. The communication and support was excellent at all times. We are so grateful to the whole team including Sam (site manager) who has been very helpful resolving all the snagging issues which were fixed within a short time scale. He regularly checked the process until complete and we were happy. We would definitely recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a Dandara home. Thank you to all the team we have found our dream home.

We went to view Saxon Park and was met by Katie. The appointment and consultation was excellent. Katie talked us through the process, phases of build etc and showed us around the development and also show homes. Any question or query we had she answered promptly following up confirmation of when particular plots would be available for reservation. We came away with lots of information and lots to think about. Great service so far!!

Fed up with this building company over the past few weeks have left several message's asking for a return call and not once have they replied. They are building houses in our village and there is only one main road in and out , once again today 5 lorries all waiting to go on site all waiting in the road . So you can imagine 8 o’clock this morning trying to get passed them was a nightmare. It took me 30 minutes. I complained to them months ago and they said ( this was 1 lorry waiting) they don’t have space for all the lorries to be on site . So how can they have been granted permission to build when it causes so many problems. So no one wants to know . I know we need more housing and really don’t have a problem with that . It’s just they should have plans in place so that this doesn’t happen all the time . Absolutely furious late for appointments late for school all because of DANDARA

She is very friendly, professional and extremely helpful in guiding us through the early stages of the process. This has been most reassuring beause although it's very exciting, buying a new house and selling a home can be quite stressful. We have every confidence in her expertise. She is a credit to Dandara.

TrustpilotAppalling Aftersales service from Dandara - Saxon Park!
Its been absolutely a nightmare to get Dandara to fix water leakage issue reported for nearly 4 months (since May 17th, 2023) in my new build after completing their HBF survey. I have leakages in both of my bathrooms, snags left out by site managers and these seem to be too much for Dandara to fix.Dandara kept on sending incompetent cowboy builder to fix. After raising the leakage issues and other snags with Customer Care in May 2023, they sent one work person to fix the leakage, fix the large gap in the floor tile around the toilet seat, do repainting of stains, mastic sealing , sand down/polish newel post caps and basically everything in the complain list. This DIY (sorry, Dandara professional) just masked the large gap defect with grout instead of re-cutting another correct sized tile to replace the old one, missed repainting the stains caused by leakages, did a poor job in sanding/polishing the newel post caps, even added more dirty smears to walls around the newel post caps, rinsed his dirty paint brush in my family water sink and once again, used quick grout to cover a serious water leakage damage in my en suite shower. I would like to post pictures here but there are no option.After I complained to Customer Service and the latest response is as bad as it gets. My en suite shower is now completely ripped apart , unused and abandoned for over 3 weeks. Its now nealy 4 months of my reporting this issue. And yet, No planned action from Dandara team, Dandara has a slow appointment & miscommunications with contractors, Dandara could not even provide a date or known timeframe to fix and customer service can't be ask to update me on any plan (because they DO NOT have a plan) . I feel like a complete idiot to found myself in this appalling post-sales support from Dandara . Dandara DO NOT understand 2-years post-sales support warranty or they are very incompetent to understand what a buyer expect after coughing out over half a £-million on a property at Saxon Park, Biddenham, Bedford Dandara has made my fear for new builds worst! I am now wondering the crime I committed to deserve such an appalling aftersales service from Dandara!
