We have had a great experience with Bobby, and also Sarah and Chad. Bobby was our initial contact and was really helpful and accommodating to introduce us to the development, always on hand to answer questions and helping us with any queries. Further down the line Sarah and Chad continued our experience. Always keeping in touch and providing us with everything we needed whilst exchanging contracts. They have always been more than happy to accommodate any of our requests such as getting us on site, even getting the site manager to walk us through and show us various different places within the building. We’re looking forward to completing and have had excellent service up to his point.

The whole team at Towerlands Park have been superb from my initial contact with Catherine to mortgage application process with Max.I almost gave up when my first mortgage application was declined but reassurances from Max helped me to persevere and go on to making a second application. It's such a lovely team that has been there throughout the process; checking on me from time to time to calm my anxieties. Absolute professionals to the t.

The vetting process was long and thorough, but I appreciate the measures that the agency is taking towards performing their KYC and understanding their tenants. The flat is clean. The common areas are clean and overall the building is well managed. Terri always keeps time and she took me round the flat and showed me the necessary amenities. I didn't have water on Friday morning and immediately I emailed, Samantha jumped on a call and took me through how to unlock the water supply. Generally, I'm happy with the experience and I just want to say thank you. Looking forward to a great stay.

I have recently bought my 5th Dandara house, having bought my first aged 21. The most recent house is located at Potton and from the beginning to post completion the experience has been amazing; they just keep getting better and better as a company and even my first house was a great experience all those (25+) years ago!. In terms of the purchase Jade and Belinda were beyond kind, understanding and wonderfully helpful in all aspect of the purchase not helped of course by covid and a move from the Isle of Man. On completion and post Scott and George are the kindest and most lovely people you could wish to have close by when completing a move on your own. George has gone over and above to help me get all snags sorted and between him and the team he has made sure that everything has been stress free and easy to navigate. I can honestly say that Jade, Belinda, Scott and most importantly George make the Dandara brand as great as it is and I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to purchase one of their properties. Thank you to all and most importantly thank you for all that you have done during what has been a very difficult period.

I moved into a Dandara home at Hazelwood 6 months or so ago and can’t fault my experience with them so far. Any minor snagging issues have been resolved quickly and the customer care team are excellent at communicating.We have dealt with both Alanna and Susan throughout and both have been very helpful and professional. My sister recently purchased a home there also and has been impressed throughout.

Dandara have exceeded expectations in every way since we moved in to the development at Foxhall Gait in Kirkliston. Everyone has been so helpful and are still continuing to assist us with things well after the initial settling-in period, special shout-outs to John and Lorraine for everything they’ve done for us.We were wary of buying a new build due to hearing some horror stories from people moving into unfinished developments by other builders, but our experience has been incredibly positive and it is one of the best decisions we have ever made.
