I visited the show home at Abbots Place in Milton Keynes and Paul could not be any more helpful if he tried. A real gent who knew exactly what his product was and his knowledge of the local area was incredible (advising me to try the local pub too which we did) As well as Paul being professional and everything we could have wanted in a salesman we were truly blown away by the show homes.The garden was vibrant and a real Asian theme made it so appealing to us.The space in the living areas was perfect and the Childrens room on the top floor of show home number two was truly inspirational.A jungle adventure that any child would be super excited to sleep in.It’s really opened our eyes to the world of homes that Dandara have to offer.If we choose to buy here then I just know that the journey would be made easier with a sales team like this one.

I went to view one of the new build…

I went to view one of the new build homes this morning. I was a bit unsure about looking at a new build property but I can honestly say these are really lovely homes. I was really impressed with the size of them I wasn't expecting this. I was with a lady called Becky who was so helpful and friendly! I had so many questions and she was able to answer everything for me on the spot! Becky thank you for your help and I can't wait to hopefully see you soon to get my new home.

From start to finish the whole process with Dandara has been seamless. From viewing the property to daily correspondence with Brendan it has been faultless and has a made a very stressful situation a lot easier. Avoid Dandara like the Plague

My advice is to avoid Dandara like the plague. We reserved a house at the Sweetings ( plot 67) and secured it with a deposit. Our buyer withdrew when we were about to sign contracts. Dandara assured us that everything was ok and said to re-market our house as the new house wouldn't be ready for at least 6 months anyway. We were in contact with the sales team constantly and they assured us that everything was ok. Out of the blue they rang us 2 days prior to Christmas 2022 to say that someone had enquired about plot 67, so they sold it to them. 'We can sell it' they said '28 days of no sale is in the small print'. We had trouble getting our full deposit back, but we did eventually. They said they refunded it as a 'Gesture of Goodwill'. They wouldn't contribute to our other losses like surveys and conveyancing fees, which they insisted that we needed when we were purchasing the house. Its a pity we can't give less than a 1 star rating because we'd put them into a negative rating. Good riddance to Dandara. We wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

Fantastic service!

Relocating from UK to Jersey I was expecting the experience to be stressful, but Brendan at Dandara has been absolutely amazing! He understood that I had a Limited window in Jersey to view apartments and was so accommodating to get me booked in for viewings and really understood my wishlist which meant I found the perfect place exactly to my budget. He also helped to guide me in other areas / useful links and phone numbers to help me with my immigration, He really went above and beyond to help and I'm so grateful. Absolute star!

We viewed one of the properties in Dunblane. The salesperson was there when we arrived. She was very helpful and professional and was able to answer all our questions.
