GoogleNuisance calls, poorly managed. I had an evaluation carried out by Connels two years ago but I chose a different estate agents to sell my property. Since then, Connels have called me every few months asking if I would like to sell my property. It sold in the first week. I believe this was the 6th or 7th call from them, this time asking if I would like to rent a property of mine. The guy seemed confused when I said that I wasn't a landlord. Please delete my contact details.

GoogleWe had an amazing experience with Leah from beginning to end. We were desperately looking for a suitable property in Ashford ,before we met Leah we had no luck. We happened to walk into the Ashford branch, and Leah identified suitable options and even took us to a view the property on a busy Saturday afternoon. She went above on beyond to assist us. Extremely professional, personal and understanding of my situation of wanting to become a first time buyer and also reducing my anxiety of completing it SOLO. I wanted clarity of mortgages and confirmation of lending/borrowing. Beth spent time looking at options and delivered many options to which I am extremely grateful & has given me clarity and reassured me of what I could borrow and given me a huge focus and determination of my savings path and a clear indication of getting on the property ladder. GooglePoor experience,only helpful one was Tracey,would not use again ,kept in the dark,about buyers lack of contact which after 7 weeks meant back on market again, definitely avoid their solicitors too,very poor feedback,always had to chase,kept waiting to exchange and complete far too long up to two days before completion date was still being told not sure if it's happening yet? Had to mess removal firm and work around a ridiculous amount,awful.
