We had a great experience selling our home with Connells, and in particular Archie was excellent throughout the whole process. From the initial listing right through to exchange and completion, Archie was professional, responsive, and proactive. He kept us well informed at every stage, chased where needed, and helped keep a complex chain moving when things could easily have stalled. Communication was clear and honest, and it always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the deal over the line for everyone involved. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but Archie’s calm approach and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference. Firstly we chose to use Connells to sell our house. Something very professional about them compared to the others we engaged with. We are so glad we did. You hear people moan about estate agent fees and what you get for your money, and to be honest I was of the same opinion, however, I can only say for me, my experience and what they delivered, they are worth every penny and changed my mindset. Raif and Aimee where amazing, not only did they get our house sold in silly quick time to allow us to buy our dream house, but also achieved more than our original asking price. We are now in our dream house (one that we had to move on very quickly with a very difficult seller) and I strongly believe its down to Raif and Aimee who went above and beyond to make it happen. I cannot thank them both enough and Connells is the go to estate agent for us because of them. 5 Stars is not enough!

I saw the ad for the property in January and spoke with Izzy because I worked in London and when the viewings were set I couldn't come to view. She was very helpful, asked me what I was looking for and told me that even if this one was taken she will keep an eye out for one that suited my needs. She rang me in February and asked if I could take a viewing as this property was still available. She followed up, I viewed and decided on the spot that I would take it! Izzy followed up on all the small details and made my getting my new home as seamless as ever.....I felt like calling the last agents I worked with to gloat lol. Tracey Keithson for keeping up to date with the sale to the completion, like telling me when to get hold of my solicitor when they weren’t moving forward as fast as they could. Chris Southby for his help with the viewings. Raife Tinson-Shaw for being there to answer any questions and advice. Firstly 5 stars for the Rental Management, brilliant service with excellent communication (special thanks to Jan). Marked down due to the sales team, well lets say the Sales Progressor let the team down. Tracey sadly doesn't know how to use the phone or she couldn't return the call because her phone (the only one in the office) was was faulty, sadly she couldn't get up and walk to another desk. If she bothered to use the phone, she may not have received so many emails that, as she kept saying; was too busy to reply to the same day. If she had called my buyer, the sale would have gone through a lot quicker and I wouldn't have lost money. I had to contact the Sales Manager in the end to do this.. However when she did reply, she had time to write long emails on how much experience she has and give me excuses as to why she hadn't replied earlier. I'm paying for a service and I don't want to hear that the Sales Progressor is too busy. I have sold 8 properties and this was a poor service, where I had to do the chasing. And to end it all, she didn't even call or email me on the day the sale went through. Every agency I have sold or bought through have called to congratulate and thank me for using their service. On a last note the rest of the sales team were great, with thanks to Raife and Amy.

My partner and I recently purchased a property being marketed through Connells Ashford.Out of all the agents we dealt with whilst searching for a new home this agent have proven to be the most helpful by far. We initially dealt with Josh and Raife who are both personable. To push our purchase over the finish line we were then passed to their sales progression manager Tracey. Tracey is great at her job....very proactive and was happy to offer useful advice when needed. They are all a credit to your team and made a fairly stressful purchase due to tight time scales as pain free as possible.
