I rented a property through Connells 6 months ago. They made the whole process easy and were polite and helpful throughout. I have since had an issue with the property and, after reporting the problem to Connells, Heinz got in touch, came out and inspected the problem and arranged for the issue to be fixed. Heinz was friendly and supportive and I felt valued as a Tenant. Thank you Heinz.

Just sold our flat in Ashford and Raife and his team have been first class. Times are tough for selling, so it wasn't quick but Raife pushed hard for a completion by the end of the financial year and made it happen. Beth Richfield was amazing from start to finish. When initially choosing Connells for our new build mortgage we were skeptical of the ‘Lifetime Membership’ element. We believed the agents wouldn’t be as enthused as it wouldn’t be a new client and potentially less commission. They don’t do as promised. I had my property on full management by them where they said they’d provide me an update of the property on a certain months interval. They never sent me any written nor photo/video updates as stated. I sent them numerous emails asking why the reports was not sent to me but there was no any counter reply to any of my emails. I then CCd the emails to the branch manager too! Still no reply to any of my emails. This is only one example of their deed. There are others too!!! I’d never ever recommend any of my fiends and families to give them a management of their property to Connells. Since I’ve spread these news some of my friends have already decided to leave them. One of my friend also stated the same problem with the Connells. To whoever is reading this, my advice to you is don’t pay to manage your property with them. You’ll regret it badly.

They sold a house to me with a few things missing, even though they had told me it was. For instance, they told me the loft was boarded. We get up into the loft and it’s not. Also, I clearly stated in my offer I would like the garden furniture to be included in the offer and yet this was not passed on and not left. They clearly need to up their game looking after all sides of each party very disappointed.

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Worse experience trying to buy a property through Connells! They are very aggressive in the sales progress, have re put the property back onto the market whilst we were in the process of buying it and did not notify us after paying for searches, management packs etc. I would recommend anyone to look elsewhere! I would not consider putting your house onto the market with this estate agents, their tactics will cost you your sale! Rude, back stabbing agents.
