I had such a great experience with Connells during my search to find my first BTL purchase. The whole team was extremely helpful and responsive (literally never had to chase). A special mention to Leah (such a sweetheart) who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property! She was always willing to answer all my questions and continuously supported us throughout our search. Highly recommend Beth, our mortgage advisor, who was extremely knowledgeable and guided us flawlessly through the whole process. Also very grateful to Georgia, from the lettings team, who was always willing to help! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience - highly recommend!

We bought our first home recently and overall Connells have been very helpful. Their Sales progressor Tracey was incredible, 5 star service, she chased everything, was very proactive, every-time I had a question she responded quickly and definitely helped speed up our process for which we are so grateful. We had a rocky start due to lack of communication which is the only thing that stopped this review being 5stars but after contacting the area manager I was helped and everyone has been amazing. The sales team were very friendly and everyone happy to help including the store manager. Our mortgage advisor Beth has also been absolutely incredible throughout this experience, always happy to help and very proactive even to the point where she offered to reply to questions while on holiday if we were worried about anything, she really went above and beyond as well and couldn’t recommend her more. Overall we are happy with our Connells experience despite the little delay at the start which employees worked really hard to rectify. We would use them again for sure!

Fantastic service! I used connells to purchase my first home this year and I cannot fault them from start to finish! Chris helped me look and view many properties even after he finished work as I am a shift worker, Beth was my mortgage advisor who I highly recommend and have done so who have also gone with her and finally Tracey who was the greatest go between myself and solicitors. Our experience with Connells was brilliant. Particularly, once we accepted an offer of our property and we were passed on to deal with the transaction through Tracey our sales progressor. Tracey Keithson, to make sure she is fully recognised in the help she gave us. Our property was being purchased by a first time buyer and Tracey helped us to understand what was happening by keeping us fully informed, Tracey also helped us by assisting the buyer with next steps and allowed us to all reach our agreed target date. I would highly recommend Connells and particularly Tracey to help with any sale or purchase of a property. She has been a star! We can’t thank you enough!

I wished to sell a property but was unwell and could not attend the offices or make arrangements. I was treated with great kindness by Raife who visited me at my own home, talked through everything and arranged everything to take any pressure from me. Raife was very proactive in ensuring viewings and gained me several offers… once I had accepted an offer he kept me up to date at every stage of the sale. Beth has been more than helpful as a mortgage advisor, explaining everything and being very compassionate to my situation. I attempted to sell through these guys without success. I really don't know how to describe my experience. From their bad vetting of buyers to not providing you updates to telling you lies when challenged, they are extremely painful to deal with. I had to be equally painful to match their service. Let's just say that if I was allowed to upload their email communication here, it would take you through a roller coaster of emotions, from anger to extreme frustration, disbelief, shock, and pity. In summary, they are immature, incompetent, liars, and without an ounce of integrity. They will make cowboys look a lot more professionals. I wasted 5 months that I will never get back. It's highly not recommended, in case it's not obvious.
