GoogleWe had a number of estate agents visit to provide a valuation for our house sale, and Nathan Setterfield stood out head and shoulders above the rest. He was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. We opted to sell with Nathan and have not regretted the choice. Nathan has remained in regular contact with us throughout the process, and where necessary, organised his colleagues to engage with us as well. We have felt valued and been kept fully in the loop. Nathan has clearly been putting in the effort to make this as smooth, stress-free and successful as possible. Many thanks, would definitely recommend.

GoogleI recently visited Connells to buy a house and a lovely lady Isabella with the brightest smile welcomed me and helped me to arrange to view a property which we were interested. However, due to unseen circumstances I had limited time to make a decision and unfortunately we did not like the house we were first interested. We almost lost all our hope when Isabella contacted me about the new house on market. She arranged the appointment for us to view right away cause she was aware of our situation and fortunately we love the property and bow working towards for good news. I am so ever grateful towards her work ethic and happy nature.

GoogleTried contacting as very interested in two properties listed for same with Connells …Two emails, an online enquiry a phone call and a promise of a call back and we have still heard nothing back from anyone. It’s like they genuinely do not want to sell the house!? If I was a seller with my house listed with them; I would be very concerned about how they are handling the interest on my property! Unprofessional

GoogleTreated with disdain and tried to bully into moving forward before the sellers had even found anywhere to go. Hard earned savings would have been wasted on a purchase which we soon after discovered would have failed as there is a huge cladding problem with the flats! Communication is terrible. GoogleConnells have been amazing with us whilst buying our first house (even during a pandemic when everything has been all over the place) the sales team have been amazing through the viewings to getting us any last minute information we might need. Wendy the mortgage advisor has been brilliant from the get go. From getting us the best deal to always being on the end of a phone or email when we needed advise or information. Tracey, the sales progressor has been amazing especially with the final hurdles when solicitors have been silent she's been present and reassuring and really has made the final stretch less stressful. Honestly couldn't ask for a better team to deal with whilst dealing with one of life's stressful events. 100% would recommend Connells.
