GoogleAspen have been fantastic from day 1. All members of staff encountered have been helpful, friendly and professional. A special mention to Clayton who now feels like a friend rather than an estate agent. He managed to sell my house on the first viewing and has since answered all my questions promptly and courteously. My husband and I would highly recommend Aspen.

GoogleI was a tenant of Aspen for 5 years. They’re quite responsive to emails and quite easy to communicate with regarding problems with the flat that were renting. Letting was quite straightforward and leaving the property was the same.

He helped us secure a good price on our house and find good buyers which waited for us to find a place for over 7 months ! We cannot recommend you highly enough!

GoogleClayton kept me informed on the sale of my parents' house and the buyer status throughout the transaction. He was easy to get hold of and was always quick to respond to queries. Fortunately there were no major delays with the sale but I am confident that Aspen's would have done their best to address problems if they had arisen.

GoogleHaving quite a unique property in Ashford, Surrey made it not the easiest of properties to sell but all the staff at Aspen worked non-stop to ensure I eventually found a suitable buyer and the deal went through. GoogleAspen Estate Agents have been amazing right from the beginning when Alex came to value our flat, through to Clayton always being friendly and available to have a chat, show us properties and consider our individual needs when viewing a property, Ryan who did viewings on our flat for us and got us sold asap!! And then Caitlyn, the one person who I can say sorted things out swiftly, was always on it, and got us through to exchange quite quickly! She went above and beyond and worked hard on the chain, even when that was not her job to do. Very friendly, approachable and transparent! A great team, would highly recommend them (and I already have!)
