Aspen Estate agents are very popular in my area. But I'm surprised, why they're just trying to force me to stay with them and making me problem to go to the other estate agent. I sent them a notice to remove my property from their selling platform on 11-Dec-2025. But they told me on 27-Feb-2026 that I'll not be able to list my property with Yopa until 28 days. So, I sent them a reply straight away with a confirmation that I sent you a notice on 11-Dec-2025 to remove my property. But they didn't reply to my email. Moreover, they advertised some wrong details about my property. I sent them email in November to correct it. Then I sent them another email in December to correct it. I work as a driver and cannot receive the phone calls. But they don't have a good email response. Anyhow, I'm not angry with them. But it's really not a professional behaviour from a well known estate agent. I have seen many sold properties from Aspen on Zoopla and Rightmove. Thanks

Amazing service. After my Dad passed, it became obvious that our family home was too big for mum. We did not view our future home straight away, it was a property just around the corner. The lovely lady that was conducting our viewing was friendly and informative and could see that that bungalow was too large for us. Within 30min of that viewing she called us back and asked if we would be interested in seeing a smaller bungalow around the corner. She said that she thought it would suit mum's needs. Wow was she right. Mum instantly fell in love with this home. You could feel the love in this property. Clayton could not have been more helpful and accomodating. What a special service all staff at this company provide. Mum had not moved home in 42 years and was a little apprehensive to venturing into the world of property. However having such well informed helpful staff made this task an easy and enjoyable adventure. Clayton was welcoming he kept us updated at every stage and was always available to answer one of mums many bizarre questions.... nothing was ever any problem. What an amazing man, definitely a credit to the company. I would definitely recommend aspens to anyone who required property Thank you all so much You have made an old lady very happy. Can't thank Clayton enough for everything he did. We are completing soon and all arranged with him. Perfect service, completely open and up front about everything even when our side needed a kick as we were being slow. I had previously let my property privately, however, this year I decide to let it through an agent. I initially spoke to several agents in the local area and Aspen was one that I shortlisted to meet at the property. Chris Cotton from Aspen was the only agent that produced evidence of successful lettings that he had managed that were similar to my property. This gave me the confidence in his valuation and ability to get the right rental income and tenants. I always felt that Aspen had my best interests at heart, and from instruction through to completion I was blown away by the service provided. Letting a property will always throw up challenges, however, any that arose were handled with the upmost professionalism and I was able to take on new tenants within two weeks. I would absolutely recommend Chris Cotton and the Aspen team.

After having a terrible experience trying to sell our house with another local estate agent (see previous review....), when we re-listed our house we opted for Aspen (having found them very user friendly when attempting to buy a property through them previously). After listing the property on the Friday we had a whole host of viewings instantly lined up for the Saturday, and amazingly had 2 offers in at asking price by the Monday! A complete breath of fresh air. We have now exchanged on our sale which is a huge relief for us, and we couldn't have asked for a better service. There were a few minor hiccups along the way as is almost inevitable with house moving, but Clayton kept us informed throughout. Communication was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Aspen give you a proper service and seem to genuinely care as opposed to some other agents who 'rack and stack' the moves and view you as simply a number. Great work Clayton, James et al.

AMAZING 5 Star!!! I cannot stress enough how going with a reputable and supportive estate agent like Aspen is important to the buying process! This was my first purchase and it was all so new to me! Carla from Aspen really did go the extra mile to ensuring this was as much of an easy process for me as possible! She went far and beyond from arranging viewings on weekends/ evenings, (which was more than three times as I really wanted to make sure!) staying patient and understanding with me, to even supporting me throughout the whole exchange and completion process. Hopefully not soon, but when I do move on, I will definitely just call Carla and buy with her again! Another lovely touch was being able to call Aspen and if Carla was not in, being able to speak to any member of the team regarding my property. My experiences of Estate Agents in the past have been at best adequate and at worst horrific. Although I own another property, I had to move from the property quickly due to personal circumstances. Aspens sourced a rental property that was suitable, arranged an immediate viewing with no high pressure selling! Keith Howard, the Lettings Manager is the ultimate professional and ensured that he personally managed the whole process. It was seamless. I would recommend Aspen's to anyone, they have certainly changed my warped view of Estate Agents. The letting agency is so professional and warm when dealing with prospective clients and home viewings - we had a wonderful encounter with the letting manager at Aspens lettings name Mr Keith Howard. He was very kind, patient and most importantly, professional at what he does, he has a level of sympathy for certain prospective clients but is very straight forward and up front as to what the terms are, what links to follow to complete referencing and so on. We worked closely with Sally and James however the entire team at Aspen are great. From the initial meeting with James, who spent an hour with us explaining the process, guiding us through market pricing, explaining vieiwng guidelines especially with Covid-19, and generally introducing us to Aspen, however whilst at no point making us feel pressured, we knew Aspen were the choice for us. Sally, who in fact assisted us with the purchase of the same property we were selling 7 years later, was another big factor in our decision. I had the best experience with Aspen. After working with countless other estate agents I came across Keith who provided the highest quality service for me from start to finish. Viewings were quickly organised in-line with CV-19 guidelines and the presentation from Keith was immaculate. Within 6 days of viewing my property, I was picking up my new keys and moving in.
