The advertising and subsequent sale of the flat was well handle from the outset visit from David Gordon at the end of December who explained how it would be handled and the cost involved. The staff in the Washington office were very helpful and kept us updated every step of the way until the sale was agreed in the middle of January.

Sadly found this company to be highly disingenuous. No issue with my credit check no issue with my income, paid my holding deposit. Thought the room was secure. Hear nothing for over a week plan to move, suddenly called with zero explanation and told the landlord ‘just wanted to go with someone else’. Later discovered many individuals had given a holding deposit for the same property! Fair enough but be transparent about that. I have since gone with another local company and sailed through with them being open, upfront and genuinely caring towards their clientele. Also they advertised a room with All Bills Included- went and saw the property and there was a separate meter in the room where you are charged an extortionate rate for electricity! This has been a terrible experience for me as a first time renter, the worker I dealt with talked a convincing talk to get me to part with my money! Beware they just don’t care 😫

GoogleI contacted your move in October for a valuation and Angela was great. She obviously knows her stuff and filled me with confidence that your move were the estate agent to sell my property. The communication was great all the way up until I accepted an offer and then it stopped. From the moment I accepted the offer up until completion there was very little communication and rude staff that would say they were chasing things but were obviously not. I felt as though they were suddenly working for my buyer more than me and caused alot of miscommunication between numerous people. In all honesty I would not use this branch again.

GoogleI used Your Move to buy my new house and they were great every step of the way. As I was buying a house on my own for the first time Natalie was great and helped ease my nerves and just made the whole process really easy. They were really accommodating for multiple visits to the house and when I picked up my keys I even got a little welcome box which was a really lovely touch!
