GoogleCouldn’t be happier for our process to be dealt with by Nicola. So friendly and helpful from our first phone call, me and my partner are first time buyers so this is all completely new to us but Nicola made sure we felt at ease and comfortable with our decisions, which makes our experience less stressful and exciting. She is always there to answer the phone, and if she isn’t another member of staff always seem to help with our questions which is really nice.

GoogleAll the girls at your move have been extremely helpful during the sale of my property. Especially Nicola who has gone above and beyond in all her support. After our buyer pulled out two weeks before we were due to move she secured us a new buyer just two days later and has been in constant communication throughout the whole process. I can’t thank her enough for her positive energy, hard work and reassurance during a worrying time. I would recommend Your Move Kirkby to anyone wanting to sell their home.

GoogleThe worst customer service I’ve received from an agency! I had called to book a viewing for rental home and i answered to their questions and got a booking date and time. As I’m not the one having any income I gave my partners information. Fast forward to today when I was supposed to view the property no one called to confirm the viewing so I did. As we’re actively looking for a house a have multiple bookings I gave the wrong address when the woman picked up the phone and she said that they don’t have any house under this address, then I asked to wait a moment so I check again and she hung up on me!! The line didn’t drop I clearly heard her putting the phone down. I called back about 5 times more to get through and they were trying to say that no one hung up and that my booking doesn’t exist. After giving her all the details once again she then asks in very rude manner “who is Daniel then?” I said my partner I gave you his information as he will be paying etc she then says that they never booked a viewing for us and that they only have his details. That the viewings took place the previous week and that the house is now gone, even though it is still available on their website!!! Why would I ever call to give you our details if I wasn’t interested in a property? Never apologised or spoke in a nice manner to me. The worst impression they could ever give to a potential customer.
Hi Konstantina. Firstly I would like to apologise if you feel our customer service was not up to our usual high standard. Having spoken to the colleague who dealt with your call, it does appear that the line was not very good and the call was cutting in and out. I believe you advised the colleague that you had arranged the viewing with Lilly and you had an email confirmation. As we do not have a Lilly who works in our office, please can you forward me the viewing confirmation email so that I can investigate and clear up any confusion there may be. Thank you. GoogleShocking customer service. Put an offer in on a house and didn’t hear back for 2 weeks. The estate agent had no idea what was going on with the seller and then said after 2 weeks the offer was accepted but I needed to move very quickly! Lack of customer service, never returned calls and had no idea what was going on. When I told Keeley in the Kirkby office I’d be withdrawing my offer as the whole process was beyond ridiculous and I didn’t trust what was happening she just said oh ok, that’s fine I’ll let the sellers know! I would never list my house with these people.
