Within days of the existing tenants giving notice you’d arranged 6 viewings; all of whom wanted to move in leading to the property only being vacant for 2 days. Your knowledge and professionalism shone through which gave me the reassurance I needed as this was my first tenancy change over since becoming a LL and I had no idea what to expect.
